I hear you on utooni, but I feel like he doesn’t perform well on large open maps like podrace or ewok village ESPECIALLY against diago. He can shoot from range, but his projectile speed is slow and small steady strafing will dodge at a distance and the aoe is generally negligible 20/30ish damage. Furthermore, he lacks any mobility abilities to help him traverse the map quicker. But yeah definitely is fighting for top dps with rieve.
You bring a lot of real good points, he definitely has some exploitable weaknesses. I think his strengths and, specifically, his nade are too overwhelming. That ability is a baby rieve ult on a cooldwon and is a nightmare to deal with on practically every hunter.
