This is a fabulous bag! The Boogie bag was the IT bag then. It preceded the Fendi Spy bag. And the Dior Saddle bag preceded the Celine Boogie bag for the reign as IT bag. Those days, IT bags were not replaced as rapidly as they are now. I used to own one in black dear skin. I used to pack my laptop charging cord, hp, LV Elise wallet, LV 4 key pouch, a pen, a pack of tissues, a lipstick, an umbrella. It packed a punch and yet weighed very light. Though I must say, the handles wear quite a bit since it was made of dear skin.

Bought a black one off the bay after seeing your video for such a good price and in great shape! I love it my husband thinks its a grandma bag but I think its very chic and timeless!
I am on a bag buying self ban for Lent 😂 please stop tempting me! It does look way more refined and expensive than you'd expect for the current market price and I definitely think if this gets picked up on it is a good time to buy now. I do prefer something with a strap but I do find myself carrying my top handle bags more by the handle than with their crossbody strap so maybe I could get some use out of a Boogie 🤔🤣

Hi Sophie! I think they were discontinued before 2010 and redesigned for a brief period in 2011. But you're right- finding information on this bag is nearly impossible!
