Yellow Cucumber Pickle

Hello Friend,
Recipe
Yellow cucumber Pickle 1 kilogram
Wash the cucumber and cut cucumber into small pieces about half an inch each
Add
turmeric half table spoon
mustard powder 50 grams
salt 50 grams
chilli powder 60 grams
Fenugreek powder 1/4th spoon
oil 150 grams
mix all ingredients and let it stay overnight and then morning ready to serve tasty pickle
u can have it with idli,dosa , rice etc
