Please man, we're here subscribed to your channel coz we wanna see about the restoration process. Your channel are basically like 90% you're talking, 10% fixing motorcycle
I said at the beginning of this series it's not going to be a "How To" but if you have any questions I am more than happy to address them here or in my next video.
Hi Pete I’m restoring my s2 I’ve had since the early 80s you mentioned that you’re parts were coming from Japan .can you please point me in the right direction for pistons , rings ,gaskets, cables etc? I live in Ontario.love your glass bead information thanks great video.
These parts came from Cruising Image direct from Japan. Although depending what you need there are different vendors who offer better prices. If you have Facebook or Instagram, send me a private message and I'll be more than happy to chat about sourcing parts
Hey Pete, You mentioned you resurfaced the mating area between the cylinder/ head after bead blasting. Whats your process for that? Wet sand on something super flat or? Great Videos!
I used VHT High Temp Header paint (flat silver). It's not 100% accurate, but I like It's durability and easy application. I do not clear over this paint.
@@PetesClassicCycle Great! I will look forward to the new videos. I am just starting on a restoration of an S2 350 that has been sitting in a garage for over 30 years and I'm new at this.
