@@LiveBackingTrack it's like a reduction exercise, it fired so many ideas and changed the way i play! just messing with different chords contained inside that chord, one's that are formed by inverting it.. arpegio's from the maj scale, enclosures.. chromatics playing melodies in f minor, then, f major.. even the complete chaos of playing anything was interesting, mostly terrible, but still interesting, with some good bits..
