There is a story about this Banh Beo, I'm gonna share with you according to my experience, this type of Banh Beo served in small bowls has only appeared recently, about 10 years ago (based on my experience only), before that they were sold by plate, and each plate went with about 10 pieces of it, this type was kind of thinner than the one you introduced. The type served with a plate you can still occasionally see that type now. Have good expericences🍽🍽

      ​@@taovanlao6914 Wrong ! Banh Beo is always served in small bowls on a tray in Huê and other central provinces of VN. I am a Huê native and I know the history of that dish . Beo means Duckweed , a small floating plant that grows on the surface of ponds , lakes and rivers . In the countryside the peasants use it to feed the ducks and pigs .
