hello my friend, in my Epson L3150 model printer, although there is no foreign object in the paper path and the part where the print head moves, it gives a continuous paper jam error. The paper comes half way, after a few lines of writing continues, the head stops and gives a paper jam error. When I move the small wheel under the paper part by hand, it turns hard. Is this normal?
