I got this game for 40 cents when my local gamestop was clearing out all their ps2 games for 75% off. I played it once learned I wasted 40 whole cents.
I bought this in mind that it was a port of the great SEGA arcade game. But soon saw that this game has the ps2 “dark screen” syndrome. The arcade game had awesome environments. This game has realistic boring stages. Makes sense for a western release..
Out here we have Denios which is pretty big. It used to be the place to find killer deals but over the years people have gotten hip to the worth of retro games. I still find the occasional steal. There is another smaller flea market near by and there is a guy that has a building there, they call him trader Dan and this guy has everything from rare games to junk... But he's priced pretty fair compared to others.
If you want, you could email or message me what games you are looking for. I collect games too and might have doubles of what you want/need. Great job as always with your reviews.
The cheapest game I ever seen was tony hawk Proving grounds on the ps2. That game only cost me 2 bucks on eBay. considering that shipping cost 2 bucks, they basically sold it for no profit.
I don't think I played that one. I was a huge fan of the first few TH games but they just made so many of them and I lost interest. But I did play one of the Skate games a few years back on the 360 and was very impressed.
+Amed fever I disagree. Just about every big game review channel focuses on the newer games, so it's nice to see someone covering the older and less well known games.
I don't play many new games, that's not really where my interests are. It's hard to force something if you're not passionate about it, and I feel that my work would suffer if I reviewed games that I was not interested in playing.
This literally is Burnout on bikes.
Knockdown=Takedown
Getting Boost by driving on the other side of the road
The CRASHED! text and cinrmatic camera.
I loved this game on ps2 as a kid ngl
BURNOUT + ROAD RASH = THIS GAME!

I thought about heading out there for the events but that city is crazy enough as it is, let alone during an event that big.

All I remember is heart and Billy squire playing nonstop, good times. I loved the game.

I always see stuff I want on Craigslist in San Jose. One of these days I'll have to make the drive.
