Re-time this has taken - I'm no builder but they built a stand, around a stand which was still being used for supporters, you cannot liken that to simply building something from stratch, plus there was the administration issue. See Fulham (same original contractor) their stand looks like it's still can't have full capacity, at least LFC have got more seats filled than theirs. Give me Anfield and it's history being in the same place, rather than some shinny new stadium away from Anfield.
Definitely need to be moved the gates entrance into park and onto forever stones best place
They should find a way to reconstruct the Sir Kenny Darglish stand then after that the Kop end. There’s always a way, to make the stadium look completely new. Building another stadium wouldn’t help.
Scaffolding is off the roof. But is the Fairy bottle ?
The fairly liquid bottle is no more, I've hunted high and low for it!! Fun while it lasted cheers 👍
Problems with contractors didnt help things. But been turned around. Will all be okay. I go past most days and its looking good. Small problems highlighted by all the scrutiny. Im Sure it happens on other sites?
Where’s the light stone tiles gone above anfield road stand main entrance ?
Well spotted
Everton'll have their new stadium done before this is complete
Absolutely pathetic!!! Some clubs build new stadiums in the same time it takes us to build half a stand!!!
Lot of the outstanding work is not done because they might damage the pitch. As for the back of the Stand the Anfield Road then I am afraid Liverpool County Council are to blame for such a mismanage shoddy workforce. Total lack of supervision by management.
50% of our problem is building a stand when the season goes on and not disrupting what was currently there
Ironically this is why it's so slow.
The speed things happened in the summer when they had the stadium for 10 weeks was telling
