First and foremost, please don't call it ulta vada pav , it is in no way related to vada pav; it is called PAV VADA... and it has been a staple street food in Nashik even before people heard of vada pav... at least in Nashik... all the confusion starts here... don't be prejudiced by the amount of bhaji, this dish doesn't need much bhaji... in fact a lot of street food stalls sell it without bhaji also... but I prefer the one with bhaji... the ones without bhaji obviously doesn't taste good at all.. Please visit Nashik and eat a pav vada... it is just delicious.... although the ingredients are same, both pav vada and vada pav taste completely different ... and both are awesome dishes... To those who think that the vada is absent, you are right as this is pav vada , not vada pav... but Believe me... this is a really yummy snack... and very filling too... I love both pav vada and vada pav.. , both are similar yet very different from each other.. whenever I visit Nashik, this is my must have snack.. As this recipe fries the pav, the pav becomes super tasty due to the cooking technique and very little bhaji is sufficient to enhance it's taste... .
I request all the Meetha lovers to try this 😋 Rakhi aa rahi h n if you want to make a different and delicious sweet dish, try this one. You won't regret I bet warna paise wapas 😅👍🏼 ua-cam.com/video/5-8ixWV7_dY/v-deo.html

Bahut achchha tarika hai banane ka 👌👌
The Man surely does a neat job. Well for the small filling he can introduce a jumbo variety of the same
FUN FACT - Perhaps the only dish in Mumbai/Nashik where they don't add cheese 🧀😍😍😍
Cheese Vada-Pav is available at various places!!!

This is famous in and around small villages near Nashik they also serve fried mirchi with it and different types of chutneys... If you want to taste the real one should try out the one's served in villages with stuffed potatoe bhajji... extremely crispy spicy and tasty...
@Rannjit shinde I have already tried making the Nashik's famous street food the Sabudana vada and Batata Kachori which is served at Sayantara. I also managed to crack their Secret Chutney and it was worth making an attempt to try this incredible recipe. It was really delicious to eat 🤤😋 You may want to try it out if you are a street food lover 😀 👍
@@foodventurefolks7278 sabudana vada of sayantara has been going in my tummy since childhood...yes true their chatni stands out the most...pls update the recepie..Also in Nashik you can try the number of different types of misals and savour their "Tarri" for fire 🔥 buring throat experience...must try when in Nashik...

This Pav Vada is so clean, that it doesn't has potato stffing in it. And people ask for hygiene.
Thanks for d idea 🙏 we can make at home with more potato stuffing 😄😄
This must be called chatni-wada-paav...Chatni quantity is equal to potato stuffing!!😂
Hahahahaahaha
Seeing the amount stuffing be like "uss raat apun 2 baje tak piya"😂
Now while making video ,you should instruct the streat food vendors to wear gloves . So it will become a trend in India

I once ate these at trimbakeshwar in Nashik around 6-7 years back .. I was a kid at that time and I thought it's a giant VADA or something but after taking the first bite I knew that I was scammed with just a PAV wrapped in BESAN ..mind it that shit costed 15rs back to me then I was like 12..
Same but I ate that for 7 Rs
Feel sorry for your lose. 😅
What makes u think u got scammed?? It is a local recipe brother

My all time favorite ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
याला पाव वडा म्हणतात.... खूप चवदार आहे आणि वडापाव पेक्षा वेगळी चव आहे . आणि त्या सोबत येणारी चटणी अफलातून.. ❤️
The way Mumbai people favorite item is Vada Pav, same way Pav wada and Misal are the two favorite items of Nashikkars....

No glove no mask, perfect
As this recipe fries the pav, the pav becomes super tasty due to the cooking technique and very little bhaji is sufficient to enhance it's taste... .
