Bros, I don't know if you can understand English but Pakistan isn't the pride of India, nor is the city lahore cuz Pakistan was separated in 1947 and was moved to the north and lahore was made long after, and Bahria town is a modern society that was made since 15 Years ago and exists in different cities of Pakistan and not just lahore. Both countries have their own beauty, but Pakistan is cleaner more modern and developed looking and has less population. Pakistan isn't the part of India it never was both countries was made separately.

I had bought plot in Bahria Town Lahore a few years back for investment purpose. I received a letter from Bahria Town a few days back that said that I will have to pay possession and utility charges by the 20th may,2020.
As an investor, I should not be bound to pay such charges if I plan on selling the plot and not building a house for myself.
Moreover, given the current pandemic situation and amid this lockdown where the government is helping it's people and providing opportunities to the jobless, Bahria is threatening the people and imposing all these charges which are in millions.
In addition to that, they are demanding these charges on the plots that are neither TMA nor LDA approved. Why should we pay charges on plots that have no gas or telephone connections? Why are we being forced to pay a huge amount for plots that were mainly bought for investment? Sir pls help us in resolving this issue as this is the question of thousands of families affected by these illegal charges imposed by bahria town lahore.
It's really disgusting and What kind of help you need from my side
