How to Reach Banaras (if you are traveling from Pune/Mumbai):
1. Reach Mumbai by any preferred options of transport.
2. Take train from LTT for Banaras
Train no: 12167
Train name: Banaras SF Express
Duration of Train: 26 Hrs.
& End your journey at Varanasi Junction (depends on your Hotel... either at Varanasi junction or Banaras Junction).
Mandir's:
1. Baba kal Bhairav Mandir
2. Kaashi vishwanath jyotirling
3. Annapurna mata mandir (Take Prasad Here)
4. Vishalakshi shaktipeeth
5. Satyanarayan Tulsi Manas madir (Don't forget to visit first floor ☺️)
6. Durga Mata Mandir (Visit Durga Kund)
7. Sankatmochan Hanumanji Mandir (Take Prasad of Lal pedha and laddoo for your home)
8. Tridev Mandir
9. Bharat Mata mandir and
10. Ratneshwar Mahadev Temple(Kaashi Karvat)
Both 9 and 10 mandir's are at Manikarnika Ghat.
11. New Vishvanath Temple at BHU Campus
Ghat's:
1. Assi Ghat (For morning Ganga Aarti)
2. Dashashwamedh Ghat ( For Evening Ganga Aarti...Reach at 4.30-5pm to grab your seats and watch Ganga Aarti.)
3. Manikarnika Ghat
4. Namo Ghat
5. Ganga Ghat (at Ramnagar Fort)
6. Harishchandra Ghar
7. Kedar Ghat
Every Ghat has its own speciality...Go to assi ghat and take Boat ride...they will show you all the Ghats from Boat and tell importance of each Ghat.
Food😋
1. Kaashi Chat Bhandar (Tomato Chat)
2. Laxmi chai wala (Malai toast & Butter Toast)
Try Local Food:
3. Hing Kachori
4. Kachori Khasta chat
5. Poori sabji
6. The Ram Bhandar (Kachori sabzi)
Sweets:
7. Shreeji Mithai (Malaiyo)
8. Palangtod Mithai
9. Long Lata
10. Try mithai made from Chenna (you will get from any sweets shops)
11. Lassi near Ramanagar Fort (definitely a must try😋)

*Tips to keep in mind:*
1. In your 26hrs of journey you can try Samosa which tastes good...rest bring some snacks and food from home if possible bcz nothing else tests better in train.
2. At Manikpur Station you will get Rabdi jilebi (must try)
3. Keep thermals with you if travelling in winter
4. Try local food
5. Don't go for ola or personal auto (you will get riksha with 20₹ per person.)
6. You can rent bike...I have explained in detail in video.
