The flight may not be in the US. If so FAR 91.307 would not apply. If I didnt have a chute on I'd really prefer the pilot kept his hand off the canopy latch though. Nice flying.
I'm sorry but I've seen too many of these Vans airplanes doing aerobatics with the occupants not wearing parachutes. The FAA sees these videos as well. Please don't give them another reason to bring more regulations and cripple general aviation further, wear a parachute or don't film please.
