I caught my ex cheating while he was sleep in my bed. I was curious so I went through his phone and found everything I was looking for-I took screenshots and sent voice messages/videos he sent to her to myself. So for a week-I played my role until I had my ducks in order. Went over to his place-took all the gifts I got him and returned the ones he gave me, left a note with the proof and my finally thoughts and left the key on his kitchen cabinet(and changed my locks at my place). He saw the note when he got him.

Revenge is no bueno. You really do need to handle your triggers well. You can be hurt for sure, but it seems like she kinda knew, in some way, the relationship had an expiration date, especially because they’ve known each other so long. Sometimes we subconsciously ask for a sign of whether or how we should proceed in a relationship and we get our answer, sometimes in a tower moment so it’s very clear you need to move on from the relationship. Honestly, the worst it hurts or the more shocking it is, the more that message is FOR YOU.
