Great to see you working on the newer Briggs engine like the one I have. Your videos have saved me from pitching my lawnmower to the curb several times
I always enjoy your videos Hank. I seem to always learn something while being entertained. What about scraping the bottom of the deck and doing a demo of how it cuts? Thank you for taking the time to make these.
Hey Hank, I always like your videos I am new to the engine restorer myself. I watched project farm and saw how he brought up his compression with the engine restorer. I bought some and have been using it in engines that smoke a bit to help them out and as preventive maintenance in my wife's car because I saw some sparkles in her oil change pan. I don't know if you are a sub to me but I have all kinds of small engine and repair videos. I would like to try to take an engine with compression of about 65PSI one that won't start and try and hone the rings a bit with a drill while using the engine restore and see if I could bring it back from the dead.
I know I have done that on a couple engines with new rings and such, yea project farm was where I watched most of the videos on it. I’ll be sure to sub to you
I worked on a gasoline engine that was locked up like that, and just had carbon buildup that fell off the piston impact on one side of the cylinder wall
For these engines I have no idea what they should be, when I do the Engine restore treatment I am looking more for a variation so to speak, how much psi it brings it up, in this case it was a substantial amount.
What they don't emphasize is that the product also does a remarkable job of cleaning out the sludge in an engine. Religious about the maintenance on a car that's been in the family since new, this week the 5,000 mile oil that was changed had a can of Engine Restore added to it. The appearance of the black, gooey oil that drained out was shocking. The filter element (paper only on Mercedes) was solid black. Usually the oil is a medium brown color. Replaced with a synthetic that included another can of Engine Restore, it will be interesting to see what the next oil change looks like. The car is a 245,000 mile Mercedes 4cyl.
Just checked the monetization settings, they set everything to midroll ads by default which I have never had set to do, I just had them set for preroll before the videos even play. So I switched the defaults back to how they were
Yeah, got AdBlock on this iPad but they’re getting around it. BTW UA-cam just changed it’s ad policy and went into everyone’s archived videos and toggled the ad switch on even if you had it switched off initially. Now the only way to change it back is for the OP to go to each individual video and switch it off manually. Bunch of mother f***ers!!

Nicely done at a good pace and narration. Explanation was right on and appreciate your sharing helpful tips and know how! 😊
Fantastic fix. I may get some of that engine Restore Treatment and put it in my mixed drinks in hopes it cures some of my blow by.

Nice job, another one brought back from the dead
This is one of the reasons this product has been around for so long.
So what psi should you expect on those e-series engines ? & what oil additive do you use Mr.H. ?
For these engines I have no idea what they should be, when I do the Engine restore treatment I am looking more for a variation so to speak, how much psi it brings it up, in this case it was a substantial amount.
120 is pretty good below 90 is getting bad. 65psi won't start.
