I found your channel a couple of years ago. My daughter and I had settled down on her sofa after all of the Christmas guests had left and we always watched HGTV or You Tube decorating channels. You had done a fall home tour and had blonde hair then. It stayed in my memory a long time and I finally found you one day. Oh my I could smell that chicken and the kitchen smelled wonderful! That Christmas candy is going in my holiday recipe file and the sauce/gravy is going in my chicken file. Even at my age I love getting different recipes that I can make into dishes for one or two. I have told you many times how I look so forward to your videos and save them to watch after I have everything done and am sitting down for the night. I can not believe how the baby has grown,he is adorable as are all your children.♥♥♥

We always called it saltine candy. Got my recipe from PBS cooking show years ago. It is a bit different from what you made, but they call them both the same thing. Its very yummy. Bohannon is is so sweet, as is your other little one there. Always loved them little like that. But, alas, grow up. Still doing lots of little things to get ready for Christmas. Need to run out to the store one more time and then I am done. 😅. 🎄🎁

I make crock pot peanut candy every year for Christmas. I actually made a batch of it yesterday. I put it in muffin cups. It makes it super easy to gift to others.

I was up sooo early this morning making Keto chocolate chip cookies and Cookiedoodle coffee as a surprise for my son. I have a cat sleeping on me and am winding down fast! I made a fresh simmer pot today as I baked my Russian tea cakes! Both had the house smelling amazing. I still burn candles but not too often. I really love the natural smell of the simmer pot on the stove. It permeates the whole house even upstairs! Thanks for the reminder. It's been a long time since I've enjoyed this.

Hi we had a very quiet Christmas due to lockdown🙃and today 27th we had storm Bella here and it did left a bit a of damage in our garden and our Christmas decorations outside so we were busy fixing everything.
But we are happy and healthy.Thats the most important.

Naked baby alert! Bossman is getting so big, it’s seems like yesterday he was just kind of holding his head up, now look at him. He’s almost ready to drive the trucks and tractors! We finally got some snow up here a couple of days before Christmas and it wasn’t so nice, but then I didn’t have to go anywhere so that was fine.
