Thank you for this lovely tribute. I have really enjoyed listening to this today, music made all the more poignant by the fact that we have lost this legend of the music world. There is something that is just so comforting and spirit lifting in the way Dame Vera presents a song, even the old and familiar tunes suddenly appear new again. Music such as this will always live on and find new appreciation from one generation to the next. What a great legacy to leave behind. Rest in well earned peace Dame Vera Lynn.
