1. Eggs
2. Potatoes
3. Carrot

5. Lettuce (optional)
6. Sliced bread or Morning Roll
7. Mayonnaise, Honey Mustard, Honey

어릴때 엄마가 감자샐러드를 만들어주셨을때 샌드위치햄이 아닌 사각햄을 깍둑썰기로 넣어주셔서 햄만 골라먹었더랬죠. 나중에 당근을 햄인척 큼직하게 넣으셨다는 ㅡㅡ;;;; 감자샐러드에 땅콩 같은 견과류 넣어도 좋아요. 간식으로 먹기도 좋죠. 감자 대신 고구마 삶은걸로 해도 좋습니다.

In slovakia our christmas salat looks almost like this :D potato, eggs, (cooked) carrot, peas or corn, mayo, mustard - mix well, let sit, eat with fried fish or chicken. Yum!

I thought I was the only one who eats potato salad with bread 😋 we always have a bucket of left over potatoes salad and Hawaiian bread rolls after eating some KFC chicken. I packed it up for lunch the next day.
