Thank you for your videos! If possible, can you let us know how to enter into seoi nage in randori? During grip fighting, it is difficult to get timing for seoi nage. If my sleeve is gripped, it is so challenging to get into opponent's bottom for morote seoi nage.
In modern competition, knee drop seoi seems to be the most popular. The variation you show here seems to be more of a low squat seoi. Is it equally effective in randori/shiai? Or would you say drop knee variation is better?
