- A nice, warm bubble bath might help you relieve anxiety, but what about a bath made of sound? Sound baths are an ancient practice that involve crystal singing bowls and chimes that literally bathe you in sound, helping some people relieve stress and negative feelings. It's thought to be a sort of meditation, where all you need to do is lie down and let your mind clear as the chimes fill your head and send shivers down your spine. s. johnson maybe you should do some research on sounds and frequencies, that everything is vibrating at certain frequencies etc before calling others fools. The fact that other people do not have the same limited perception as you do does not mean they are idiots.
@@Aruna2012 Good point! Vibrations are very important to your health. You should try sticking your head in a paint shaker.
