    High positive responsiveness of soil and plants for the use of humats in field and laboratory experiments has led to a high demand in the production of commercial humats all over the world.
    Positive experience of using humat in agriculture, horticulture or land reclamation technologies led to the fact that many industrial companies began to produce a variety of humats from organic raw material, but mainly from peat.
    The production of humic fertilizers and products is based on the property of humic acids to form water-soluble salts with sodium, potassium, and ammonium. The most common method for obtaining natural humat is the isolation of humic substances from fossil raw materials in the presence of alkali.
    In our experiment, we made a suspension by mixing peat with water and alkali to obtain humic fertilizers. The experiment was carried out on the AVS-150 vortex layer device.
    The working elements were steel particles with diameter of one and a half millimeters and a length of 15 millimeters.
    We took 500 grams of particles to run the experiment. We filled in the reaction container of one and a half liter volume with 250 grams of peat and 500 milliliters of water, having previously dissolved 5 grams of alkali in water.
    To choose the optimal processing time, we have prepared several samples with different processing times. It was determined that processing for one minute was sufficient to obtain a suspension.
    Obtained suspension serves well as fertilizer since it has a beneficial effect on the water and thermal condition of the soil, is regulated the absorption of calcium and iron phosphate, causes partial sterilization of soil, it also promotes the absorption of nitrogen substances by plants from the soil, and finally stimulates the growth and development of plants.
