I thought the league was a blast, just got worn out of it and got the points i needed for the cosmetics i wanted. For the first 3 weeks I agree with your intro
What I loved about Trailblazer League was that you could take one look at someone's character and know which relics and areas they chose. Your journey and your progress was represented by your decisions. I was rocking Ahrims with Infinity Boots, Ancient Staff and a Malediction Ward in Trailblazer, and that told someone exactly what they needed to know about my journey.
Coming from someone who didn't play the first two leagues.. I'm loving this one and very glad I finally gave it a try. Just unlocked T7 and excited to push for Rune. Oh I *absolutely* would have quit this league weeks ago without the preset plugin. Mind-boggling that jagex didn't realize it would be a requirement. Swapping out two fragments from a selection of like 10? Fine, I can deal. Swapping out 7 fragments with ALL of them unlocked? Fucking kill me
@@blommeeee Did some research and found out it's a unreleased remix of the shattered relics trailer song. It is still unfinished, but it's expected to be released afaik.
Didn’t enjoy this league as much as the last. The beginning felt way too grindy this time, wasn’t as friendly to newer players, and the whole relic system was just not optimized enough.
I hate the fact that the fragments can only be earned by RNG means. I literally still have fragments I haven't got because I don't do specific content that drops those fragments. And on top of that, I hate how you have to level up the fragments to make them more powerful, if they started at level 3 when you got them, it would be a lot more fun.
@@ikillyou121 gotta get out of your comfort zone and go do that content you're missing, if it's bossing you're hesitant about I know some fragment setups to help cheese
agreed. Jagex went too hard on this gamemode, like all they thought about was the youtubers and content creators making big videos about their journey. They forgot that people who don't play this game as a living wanted something fun, that doesn't require the time commit equal to a full time job lol they totally forgot causals play their game...
I love how someone came up with a UI plugin that saved loadouts by themself in less than a week's time yet jagex was like sorry guys we are just going to have to do it next league 🤷♂️
It's a strange concept isn't it? We see this with many games that allow plugins or mods and it's usually one person doing it. Like how can one person create this utility so fast but an entire company doesn't have at least a few employees who can do the same.
Honestly, that kind of overwhelming openness is why I didn't get into runescape as a kid - a lack of "direction" is hard to get past, for me, same reason I bounced off of destiny 2.
Great points as always jim, amazing editing and advertisement as well. I will say, i am shocked at how agile you are, being able to sit atop of roofs, ships, walls, stools, and rocks.
I loved this league, and I thought everything you said pretty much summed up every issue. UI of course was awful, but as someone who doesn't know all the end game content, I got overwhelmed really quick after getting my tier 6 relic. I would love if there was more direction like you said, something that at least gave you a location or objective to complete that was pertinent to your current phase in the game.
The whole issue with the relics is insane - it's exactly as J1mmy says, I can't move from one grind to another without having to sit there and think through my combinations. It just makes you not want to move to another activity. I've been casually playing the past 2 leagues, but this is the only one I stopped halfway through due to boredom. Yeah I have 99s and 25mils, but I wasn't having fun - I got those because I didn't want to go swap out relics.
As a completionist, I thought this was perfect league for me. Quit around 5k points. Big reason for it was my need for efficiency, I wanted to do all things in a region, then realised its not sorted by distance, meaning I had 20 different tasks to do and whenever I did one, next one I felt 'damn, I could have done this along the way :C'. Did do all tasks in sorcoress garden tho
The thing I missed in this league versus the last was how different the relics and choices made the game feel. I had 3 alts I played in trailblazer just so I could play with each combat style and the areas that were efficient for them
I think a few things were mildly problematic, and they all combined to make it a slog. First, 3x drop rate just isn't enough for such a short game mode. Going dry isn't uncommon, and going 600 kills on bandos before getting tassets was truly awful. Going over 700 kc on demonics for my first zenyte was worse. Second, the unlock system was really unpleasant, honestly. Parts of it weren't bad, but especially the pre-nerf costs for skill unlocks were crazy. And then once you had everything, you'd just stack up hundreds of renown with nothing to spend it on. I thought renown was a far more interesting incentive to do tasks than just the league points, but without anything to spend renown on (like, maybe buy some conveniences like guaranteed minimum clue steps or something?) it fell way short of its potential. Third, I just don't know if fragments are gonna be it, man. Especially the imbalance of them, where melee fragments and relic sets were just objectively better than their ranged and mage counterparts. The constant switching was tedious, and having to try to figure out which fragments and which sets to use was not fun at all. I would've much preferred a system more like their previous relic system, which definitely needed iteration but wasn't terrible. This one just feels bad to use. There are other issues, but these three were really big for me personally.
Me and a lot of buddies were talking about the droprate issue. Each of us went 3x the adjusted drop rates of several key items and during each of our respective dry streaks we all considered just quitting the game. This also happened last league where people I knew quit after doing hundreds of kills for something like a bandos hilt just to go dry. I really think they should add some kind of grace kc or something that limits just how unlucky you can get. I currently am at 34k points after spending almost a week and a half doing 400 corrupted gauntlet kc just to not get the BoFa and now be so behind everyone else. Not saying its unfair cause i did get lucky elsewhere but that grind almost made me not want to play the rest of the game mode.
I loved Trailblazer and it's still my favourite Leagues out from the 3. Twisted league felt very slow and cumbersome and Shattered league then felt too large to take in within restricted time. With the fragments I could do most activities more efficiently than in Trailblazers. But I didn't like that because I CHOSE what I wanted to do efficiently. But in Leagues III it feels like if I don't do everything, I feel left behind. It's an Ironman mode after all where you have to do everything by yourself rather than focus on 1 thing and then buy the other stuff what you didn't want to do. But eventually I played Shattered Relics for 20k points. I only did tasks which were not-too grindy like 25m farming or 150 contracts. I mostly did tasks where you had to beat a boss once, within certain time limit or with a challenge like Vorkath without being hit by special for 5 kills. Those were relying to me rather than to the game in terms of RNG based tasks = unique drops. And lastly, I didn't like to grind same boss for hundreds of kills just for the points - which I wouldn't even enjoy to do. I hope next leagues will be more fascinating than this one. Jagex should take notes what went wrong and how to implement Trailblazers kind of league again without repeating old scheme of area restrictions.
Great video J1m. My own burnout definitely had the UI as a big reason but also a couple other things: 1. Fragment acquisition and leveling were incredibly inconsistent. The fishing, cooking, mining, thieving, and farming fragments leveled up quite quickly via doing the skills; miscellaneous fragments were pretty frustrating to get but still seemed to come in fairly consistently, while crafting and herblore fragments seemed incredibly rare. (I didn't get all the crafting fragments until 97 crafting and got zero herblore fragments by level 80.) And given that a crafting fragment was required for T3 absolute unit, which seems to be the meta for a lot of endgame content, it contributed heavily to burnout. 2. Defender grind. The drop rates for non-dragon defenders were, for some reason, not reduced during either Leagues 2 or 3. This led to the cyclops room being absolutely packed during the first week or so of leagues (a friend of mine said this was the case even at 4AM his time on a server in his country.) Consistent cyclops kills were all but impossible, and the grind felt like it took longer than it usually does during the main game despite the relics speeding the actual kills up. The last thing you want in a temporary, sped-up game mode is for a fairly necessary grind to feel longer than normal. 3. Having to unlock skills did not feel good. It was novel for a few hours, then it just felt like a slog. And by the time all the skills were unlocked, I had little motivation to do the tasks for those skills as I'd already grinded out four 99's for what felt like pittances.
Defender grind was absolutely awful, you're right about that. The skill unlocks were a neat idea but in reality due to requirements, it basically just left me spinning around like, gotta get herblore to unlock this quest, which unlocks this other thing which unlocks an efficient way to train crafting and so on. It was really nice that they halved the cost of skills eventually but it seemed a bit late for my experience.
I know I'm unique, but as a person who started OSRS 2 weeks before Leagues 3 by coincidence, this has been absolutely perfect for me. It basically skyrockets me to endgame and lets me learn about training every single skill without the thousands of hours required to get there in normal RS. My main account has most of my skills at 1, and I didn't even know what most of them did going into Leagues, and now I'm going for a Leagues max cape. Not to mention the tasks forced me to familiarize myself with a ton of content I wouldn't have known about otherwise. Again, I'm a unique case, but this has been an incredible way to actually learn the game on an accelerated timescale.
I am at the exact same situation, I started playing a little before leagues and I became a member the day before so I could play it. Really great way to see stuff it will take ages to reach on my main
The thing is, previous leagues also gave casual players the ability to experience end game/obscure content, but this one was more complicated than previous iterations and turned a lot of people off
Amazing video, really hit the nail on the head with this one. I hope they listen to this and simplify / bring back the core principle of "making around 10 decisions total" next year.
j1mmy, can you or ANYONE please tell me where I can find the song that plays from 1:05 ? I've tried shazam and it can't even find it either. PLEASE? :"(
I've been having a ton of fun, went almost 600kc dry at bandos for hilt, I'm almost maxed, and I've been learning a ton of new content that I can take over to the main game
i think you worded this beautifully. as someone who has been playing runescape for years and has a decent amount of knowledge on the game i felt pretty overwhelmed wondering what i should do next, debating on doing certain quests before skill unlocks because i didnt want the quest xp to go to waste, etc. it was too much for my liking, i feel like i invested so many hours and i still will only get a steel trophy at the end of this lol
My three complaints that prevented me from even trying Leagues (resubbing to members). 1.) Bad UI. 2.) Most the tasks were boring. 3.) Information overload. Trailblazers was amazing. Only downside in my opinion was how punishing it was for not selecting OP locations/relics. Perhaps replicate an experience similar to trailblazers. Give some forgiveness. Such as being able to unlock an item (via some challenge, grind, or milestone) to be able reselect a relic. Still punishing for not choosing an optimal path, but not a league-experience crusher.
I just got to t7 yesterday, after all the grinding I was excited to finally start bossing, try some bosses I have never done, etc. Well now I just feel like I'm grinding for no reason, I won't get dragon rank, I already can get the cannon cosmetic. I just feel like if I'm grinding, I might as well keep grinding my main..
please can someone tell me the music at 1:04 ? it is sooo freaking amazing. It was probably J1mmy who did it but i can't find it anywhere not even in the description, unless im blind :p
I had a ton of fun with leagues up until I unlocked every skill/quest/relic I wanted. Then I couldn’t come up with any short term goals I cared enough to go for knowing that it would all be wiped away.
I've played every league, and I feel like this has been the best one. Sure there's a few problems but it's not as if the other ones didn't have flaws. I think you just need to be organized at the start to know what to rush and where the most points are gonna be profited per time spent, which I'll admit might have been hard with the way the ui was laid out
This league was like I was in the passenger seat of a car trying to dictate directions to somewhere I've never been but the map was taped to the rear bumper; so every time I wanted to check which way to go we had to pull over to the shoulder and get out
I'm surprised you didn't mention combat relics being asinine to get. Those were AWFUL to get and aren't obtained in the way you were used to getting relics, so a friend of mine quit because she based her plan off getting some of them and rushing Corrupted...but she couldn't because they weren't obtained by xp drops like the non-combat relics and there was no indication this was the case.
I didn't stick around long enough for the presets plugin, after they rebalanced the points requirements to unlock skills and stuff and give a billion fragments at a time I basically got everything for free and it essentially made the original restrictions obsolete. Then it was just massive xp mode. Yeah, I could max my account in a month but it just felt pointless. Because everyone could just do it however they want and still achieve the same it just had no strategy or meaningful competition.
Definitely something to be said (from a content standpoint) for the end game of shattered being very homogenous, while trailblazer was so different for each series Didn’t enjoy watching more than 1 leagues series this league, watched every one last season
I both enjoyed and hated this league, this was my first one and i was just far too overwhelmed by everything, i enjoyed it at first but then ended up burning out since it didnt feel like a massive difference from main game, yes the xp was better and relics changed the way i played somewhat its just that it never felt like i was hitting any sort of power level like i heard was possible the last 2 leagues, like, seeing even the low tier relics from past leagues i can sre how they wouldve insanely changed the way you play but the fragments didnt do that much and throw on top the horrible interface making it so much harder to figure out how to arrange your frags to get the most out of them and it was just underwhelming
@@BrettBernier thats my point, none of these fragments feel in anyway like the advertised boost in power, yes you have things that help but even when combined to make them stronger they dont feel anywhere near league's of the past have hyped relics up to being
Questing was the target of an unneeded nerf in Leagues III imo. As an ironman, quests are an integral part of getting early xp but Leagues III made quest reward xp unobtainable unless you had the skill unlocked. This guts the early game options. You should still get xp from the quest even if the skill isn't unlocked because you're not doing the skill itself. No one wants to come back as a med-high level account and do tedious quests for xp that doesn't matter. Opting to instead "buy" quest completion later on doesn't make up for it. You're being prohibited from playing like an ironman and then later being punished for playing the way they want you to play.
The big thing that ended hindering my overall enjoyment of the league was actually when they cheapened all of the skill unlock costs. I definitely think them reducing the KC tasks of certain bosses and even reducing the cost to unlock bosses was a good move, but I thought the original skill costs were actually pretty good. It made having to decide which skill to unlock next and actual weighted decision and not just "ahh so what do I feel like doing next?" After they refunded all of the points, I had 200+ SR that I had no idea what to spend on. I only needed 3-4 skills left to unlock, so I just unlocked them and then played for like another week and then quit. I felt like all of my decisions up until that point were moot and it took away a lot of the satisfaction about actually acquiring those skills (you know, the actual _real_ restriction we had this league lol). I dunno, I think it was fun idea in theory but definitely could've been executed a lot better.
I was about tp type something similiar. Reducing the renown costs was what made it feel so incredibly similiar to the normal game. The best part of each leagues is the figuring out what to do when and planning ahead. There was some of that at the start. What quests to do when for not missing out on exp rewards, which skills to unlock when, what do you need first, etc. Without that aspect the entire concept of the league was dead
With all the interface wrestling I'm actually glad I went the "inefficient" route of just doing quests instead of skipping them and reaping that xp, since basically all quests except the really hard bosses you just keep on trailblazer + last recall and teleport around like a maniac. * bank, last recall, bank, last recall, bank, last recall * Dwarf: Okey dokey, here's your death talisman.
that's me who made the preset plugin! I had been really looking forward to playing Leagues, but I was in the same position... definitely wouldn't have kept playing if I had been stuck with the default UI. so when Jagex announced that they weren't going to do anything about it, I went to build it, really just for selfish reasons so I could actually have fun. I'm glad it helped you and others, too!
As someone who has still not actually ever made it to “late-game” in osrs, I opted not to try leagues because I want the first time I experience high level content (eventually!) to be in “vanilla” osrs. I felt worried that I would set myself up with false expectations about how easy/hard different bosses are when you fight using all the cool relics. One thing I don’t like that much about rs3 is double exp/bonus exp time-limited events that encourage players to play an unhealthy/unreasonable amount of time per day, this is another reason that I was not interested in leagues, it seemed like the gamemode would encourage me to go sweaty mode to get to all the content, which just doesn’t work for me. That being said I absolutely enjoyed watching some youtubers have fun speedrunning/playing leagues! Also, it’s worth mentioning, for those who haven’t tried rs3 in recent years, I think if you enjoyed aspects of leagues such as auto-banking, you might appreciate some aspects of rs3. There are divination (and a divination skill!) items called signs of portents (if I remember correctly, it’s been a minute) that can be equipped in the ammo slot and used for this purpose. And the teleport system in leagues is kinda like the rs3 lodestone network.
Love your vids jim! Although you seemed to forget that the exact same player dropoff happened for leagues 2. I was there until the very end, and the last few weeks everything was absolutely barren. Also, permanent relic choices were extremely stressful and created this unhealthy mindset of "oh god I've ruined my account" when a player regretted the decision down the line. You know how you said people had meltdowns when trying to optimize set effects? I had the same thing trying to pick which relic to unlock in trailblazer. Not to mention most people just copied a streamer meta anyway, killing any uniqueness. I think the shattered relic system is the best, and things like area restrictions could be built on top of that. You're 100% right about the UI though, shoutouts to the preset gigachad
As someone who only played this league i can say, i liked it, surely not a lot and i too think the interface was too bad, but it did make a casual player like me play the game in ways i didn't before. In this next league i want to try killing bosses, i want to try gauntlet, TOA, zulrah, all bosses i wouldn't manage to because i'm bad at the game, but with the help of the relics i might have a chance. I would just love if they made a relic that makes the player ignore PvM mobs overhead prayers when hitting them, just so the bosses are easier for me since i won't need to keep changing gear, yeah, it would be very OP, but hey, ain't that the whole point of the leagues?
i tried to play it but couldnt get started the learning curve was not enjoyable. its a lot ot ask me to stop skilling i didint know where to go or what to start
The thinking ahead thing is to ridiculously accurate the entire time I’ve found myself in a rabbit hole of I have to do this to do that to do this to do that
Meta standing for "most effective tactic available" is a backronym, it's not the actual source of the term. Meta is simply a prefix that means "about" or "around". In gaming, the term was originally metagame, the part of the game which isn't explicit in the mechanics but rather is about them, i.e. the strategy, which got shortened to meta over time.

@@blommeeee Did some research and found out it's a unreleased remix of the shattered relics trailer song. It is still unfinished, but it's expected to be released afaik.
@@yannickj3h nice ty
They forgot that people who don't play this game as a living wanted something fun, that doesn't require the time commit equal to a full time job lol
they totally forgot causals play their game...
Humans thrive under constraints. Its why the more you define the scope of a problem and your solution pool the easier it is to solve.
Get back on D2
Great points as always jim, amazing editing and advertisement as well. I will say, i am shocked at how agile you are, being able to sit atop of roofs, ships, walls, stools, and rocks.
I loved this league, and I thought everything you said pretty much summed up every issue. UI of course was awful, but as someone who doesn't know all the end game content, I got overwhelmed really quick after getting my tier 6 relic. I would love if there was more direction like you said, something that at least gave you a location or objective to complete that was pertinent to your current phase in the game.
Damn where can I find the remix of the song at the beginning
The whole issue with the relics is insane - it's exactly as J1mmy says, I can't move from one grind to another without having to sit there and think through my combinations. It just makes you not want to move to another activity.
I've been casually playing the past 2 leagues, but this is the only one I stopped halfway through due to boredom. Yeah I have 99s and 25mils, but I wasn't having fun - I got those because I didn't want to go swap out relics.
J1mmy wtf that song at @ 1:00 to like 1:45 is a banger, i cant shazam it n you DIDNT LINK IT IN THE DESCRIPTION.... anyone know the name?
tal made a remix of his own song for fun, hasn’t been released anywhere but here lmao
@@J1mmy Please tell him to release it, it's so damn good that i've digged through this comment section 4 times in hopes to find the song of the name

Yo Jim whats the name of the song at the start my man?
Or don't credit anyone, it's cool 🤣
As a completionist, I thought this was perfect league for me.
Quit around 5k points. Big reason for it was my need for efficiency, I wanted to do all things in a region, then realised its not sorted by distance, meaning I had 20 different tasks to do and whenever I did one, next one I felt 'damn, I could have done this along the way :C'.
Did do all tasks in sorcoress garden tho
Lol sad
@@pliit2101 why would it ever be sorted by distance....
The thing I missed in this league versus the last was how different the relics and choices made the game feel. I had 3 alts I played in trailblazer just so I could play with each combat style and the areas that were efficient for them
Meta is not an acronym, its a backcronym. It came from the term metagame or metagaming originally, it was only later people made it into an acronym.
Jagex should have made it so you could spend excess renown on buffing your drop rate multiplier.
What's the song at 1:05.. the visuals and lyrics are from the linked song but the song is different.
3:16 was brilliant, very well done
6:34 I hope that isn't swamp man's dropped rune xbow
My own burnout definitely had the UI as a big reason but also a couple other things:
The thing is, previous leagues also gave casual players the ability to experience end game/obscure content, but this one was more complicated than previous iterations and turned a lot of people off
What's the song name between 1:03 and 1:50?
Amazing video, really hit the nail on the head with this one. I hope they listen to this and simplify / bring back the core principle of "making around 10 decisions total" next year.
j1mmy, can you or ANYONE please tell me where I can find the song that plays from 1:05 ? I've tried shazam and it can't even find it either. PLEASE? :"(
1:25 Trackname pls?
@J1immy i need it sooooo bad pls
btw i talked to Ash on Twitter about presets, before the plugin.
He said, "Yea that sounds like a good idea for future leagues."
lol
I've been having a ton of fun, went almost 600kc dry at bandos for hilt, I'm almost maxed, and I've been learning a ton of new content that I can take over to the main game
I feel your pain. It was 670 kc for my bandos hill
798KC here, while having 11 boots...
imo for every league they should make one server afterwards where you can just play what the League was forever
I really wish this league had loadouts for these fragments before the plug-ins
That clip of you sitting on a roof is clean af- Edit after watching further , God damn this shits beautiful
i think you worded this beautifully. as someone who has been playing runescape for years and has a decent amount of knowledge on the game i felt pretty overwhelmed wondering what i should do next, debating on doing certain quests before skill unlocks because i didnt want the quest xp to go to waste, etc. it was too much for my liking, i feel like i invested so many hours and i still will only get a steel trophy at the end of this lol
Still punishing for not choosing an optimal path, but not a league-experience crusher.
does anyone know the song at intro 1:03?
I just got to t7 yesterday, after all the grinding I was excited to finally start bossing, try some bosses I have never done, etc. Well now I just feel like I'm grinding for no reason, I won't get dragon rank, I already can get the cannon cosmetic. I just feel like if I'm grinding, I might as well keep grinding my main..
please can someone tell me the music at 1:04 ? it is sooo freaking amazing. It was probably J1mmy who did it but i can't find it anywhere not even in the description, unless im blind :p
Is it a meme to shit on the current league? Cuz i could have sworn people didnt like the last one and everyone quit one week in
I really like all the places in osrs you sit. Editing yourself sitting everywhere genuinely was super entertaining
jimmy drop the fucking between two world remix man
I had a ton of fun with leagues up until I unlocked every skill/quest/relic I wanted.
So change the plan and adapt. Or better yet try just playing for fun sometime wtf
Is that remix of the song or whatever it is available anywhere?
Was going to try this league but at a second glance it looked waaaay too complicated and not for me. Thanks Jimmy
Definitely something to be said (from a content standpoint) for the end game of shattered being very homogenous, while trailblazer was so different for each series
Didn’t enjoy watching more than 1 leagues series this league, watched every one last season
That intro song slaps! Where can i find the full version?
I both enjoyed and hated this league, this was my first one and i was just far too overwhelmed by everything, i enjoyed it at first but then ended up burning out since it didnt feel like a massive difference from main game, yes the xp was better and relics changed the way i played somewhat its just that it never felt like i was hitting any sort of power level like i heard was possible the last 2 leagues, like, seeing even the low tier relics from past leagues i can sre how they wouldve insanely changed the way you play but the fragments didnt do that much and throw on top the horrible interface making it so much harder to figure out how to arrange your frags to get the most out of them and it was just underwhelming
i was a ranged POWERHOUSE in the last league. This one i'm just slightly better in all 3 styles
@@BrettBernier thats my point, none of these fragments feel in anyway like the advertised boost in power, yes you have things that help but even when combined to make them stronger they dont feel anywhere near league's of the past have hyped relics up to being
the most interesting thing about this leagues has been watching DitterBitter chase ranks.
Does anyone know the song in the start of the video, shits fire
The big thing that ended hindering my overall enjoyment of the league was actually when they cheapened all of the skill unlock costs. I definitely think them reducing the KC tasks of certain bosses and even reducing the cost to unlock bosses was a good move, but I thought the original skill costs were actually pretty good. It made having to decide which skill to unlock next and actual weighted decision and not just "ahh so what do I feel like doing next?"
After they refunded all of the points, I had 200+ SR that I had no idea what to spend on.
J1m going nuts with these sitting edits, how insane a green seat in front of a green screen can be
With all the interface wrestling I'm actually glad I went the "inefficient" route of just doing quests instead of skipping them and reaping that xp, since basically all quests except the really hard bosses you just keep on trailblazer + last recall and teleport around like a maniac.
* bank, last recall, bank, last recall, bank, last recall *
Dwarf: Okey dokey, here's your death talisman.
Imagine questing in leagues when you get more points than u need
that's me who made the preset plugin!
Also didn't help they removed the only semi-limitation by lowering the sage's renown cost to basically nothing.
Little bit late to the video, but is the remix from the intro somewhere to be found?
Can't wait to see the subreddit cry because Jimmy had an opinion. 10/10 video.
Song name in beginning of video its not in description
Frickin loved this league
Having said that, I agree wholeheartedly with the UI bits. Thank you relic plugin dude from the bottom of my gnads
I refuse to believe that meta is an acronym.
It's just shorthand for the metagame, or the next level of gaming.
Dude League’s literally got me back into OSRS. Genuinely has been the most fun ive had playing in years.
Apparently i was also just saying meta not knowing its an acronym. Thanks jim, you learn something new every day hahaha.
Relic management would have done wonders. I just got burnt out having to change relics all the damn time
As someone who has still not actually ever made it to “late-game” in osrs, I opted not to try leagues because I want the first time I experience high level content (eventually!) to be in “vanilla” osrs.
E
The rap from last leagues still slaps SO HARD
1:08 I need that song
The thinking ahead thing is to ridiculously accurate the entire time I’ve found myself in a rabbit hole of I have to do this to do that to do this to do that
Meta standing for "most effective tactic available" is a backronym, it's not the actual source of the term. Meta is simply a prefix that means "about" or "around". In gaming, the term was originally metagame, the part of the game which isn't explicit in the mechanics but rather is about them, i.e. the strategy, which got shortened to meta over time.
Where I can find that Between Two Worlds remix?
Where can one find the remix in the intro?
my gripe with shattered relics is that theres simply no restriction whatsoever once u unlocked all your skills. it just becomes main game on acid.
Whats the name of the song you used in intro, i love it
Whats the intro song?
Good luck with your move J1mmy, loving the videos that are still coming out
damn, i had no idea meta was an acronym either lol
