But your explanation at the end about having something visibly *there* to show you that something's different about you now is such a compelling way to look at things, and I just thought I had to tell you that. It's so true that people don't see how we really are feeling on the inside, but it's not often talked about or even realized by many that we don't see that until we can see it. And that makes processing grief all the more difficult. This is definitely one of my favourite things to discover and learn, and I'm so grateful that you were courageous enough to share it w us!
