    I have a doubt
    Selecting committee =committee which selects (active voice)
    Burning house = house which burns
    Contrary….
    Could u clarify!!!!!

      @englishmantrabypraveen7504  Рік тому

      Burning house = house which can burn/ house which is burning/ house which will be burning...(Active voice )
      I saw a house, That house was burning (A. V) = I saw a burning house / I saw a house burning/ I saw a house burn. (Here we are not talking about the one who set fire, we are talking about the action that the house is/was doing....)
      I saw a house, Ram was burning that house
      I saw ram burning the house (A. V- Ram- doer of the action )
      I saw a house burnt ( Passive - House is the receiver of the action )...
      I saw a house being burnt ( someone burnt the house & the house was burning, here the house is the receiver of the action)... If possible, I'll make a video on this....

      - I met a person, and he is nice" is used when you believe his good behavior is consistent and reflects his general nature.
      -"I met a person, and he was nice" is used when you are referring specifically to how he behaved during that particular meeting.

      "She has been able to" indicates that she has had the ability to do something up to the present moment.
      Example: She has been able to support him during challenging times.
      "She had been able to" is used to describe her ability at a specific time in the past, often before another past event.
      Example: She had been able to complete it before I managed to.
      we don't use "She was been able to " instead we can use "she was able to"

    What is the difference between AV and PV and Direct and Indirect speech PLZ clarify plz

    • @englishmantrabypraveen7504
      @englishmantrabypraveen7504  11 місяців тому +1

      AV: In an active voice, we emphasize the action of a doer.
      Example : Raj questioned Her. (ఇక్కడ క్వశ్చన్ చేసింది రాజ్, అందుకే రాజ్ ని ముందు రాసాము )
      PV: In passive voice, we emphasize the receiver of the action.
      For example : She was questioned. (ఇక్కడ ఎవరు క్వశ్చన్ చేసారో కాకుండా ఎవరిని క్వశ్చన్ చేసారో చెబుతున్నాం అంటే receiver of the action )
      Direct: In this we use the exact words spoken by a person ....
      Ex: Raj said "I will call you tomorrow " - రాజ్ "నేను రేపు కాల్ చేస్తా " అని చెప్పాడు
      (ఇక్కడ వేరే person ఏమి చెప్పాడో అది అంతే direct గా quote చేసి చెబుతాం
      Indirect speech : In Indirect speech we convey the meaning rather than what exactly was said.
      Direct : Ravi said "I(Ravi) will call you(Rani) tomorrow " (ఇక్కడ రవి రాణి తో "నేను రేపు నీకు కాల్ చేస్తా " అని చెప్పాడు, ఇప్పుడు రాణి అదే విషయాన్ని వేరే వాళ్ళతో రవి నాతో తర్వాత రోజు కాల్ చేస్తా అన్నాడు అని చెప్పాలి అంటే Indirect speech use చేస్తాము
      Indirect: Ravi said that he would call me the next day (రవి, అతను నాకు తర్వాత రోజు కాల్ చేస్తా అని అన్నాడు ) ఇక్కకడా tomorrow ని Next day అన్నము, ఆలా ఎప్పుడు అనాలి అంటే రవి సోమవటం ఈ మాట అన్నాడు, కానీ రాణి మంగళవారం ఈ మాటలు వేరే వాళ్ళకి చెబితే Next day (తర్వాత రోజు ) అని అనాలి, ఆలా కాకుండా సోమవారం తాను చెప్పాడు, అదే రోజు తాను వేరే వాళ్ళకి చెబుతుంటే
      Ravi said that he would call me tomorrow అని అనవచ్చు.... I'll make a video on this topic soon...
