Nice paint job but there were no ram tank squadrons as I understand it during ww2 and that the Netherlands army acquired some to create their tank units late and post war
There were actually lots of RAM squadrons, they just didn't see active service! But I know what you mean. It's a Flames of War thing Mark. They're in the new British book as a What-if type unit. Not for my collection, they are a commission But I do like the kits.
The conversions were made by my client. He used parts from Grant kits for the MG turret and the escape hatches. The Mk1 had its fenders removed and the mantlet on the turret cut down. Most importantly, Grant hatches, tracks and MG turrets.
@@PanzerSchule Ah nice, unfortunately I didn't leave the spare parts for those from the lee kit I made, but I think I can drill out the hatch on some as well and get away with that.
@@PanzerSchule I always cut off all useful parts and save those, especially the stowage stuff. I have all the parts for the grant turret, but didn't see a use for just those extra turret hatches.
Impressive job with this Canadian force . A nice painting guide . Thumb up !
Thank you Robert!
Everything looks great! I just started some rams for a future Canadian force!👍🍻
We have a batrep for Friday with the RAM Squadron up against 21st Panzers. It might be of interest to you. Thanks for watching Andrew!
@@PanzerSchule sounds great! Looking forward to it!👍
Good stuff P!
Cheers Gunberyl!

@@PanzerSchuleyeah I meant active service but as I said they look like you did a great job
@@militarywargaming7840 cheers Mark.
how did you modify the machine gun on the front of the tank such that a figure can stick out? and what did you use to make the mark 2?
