Absolutely LOVE the Fuchsias! My husband and I just bought the purple and pink varietal yesterday to plant outside in our garden (not the hanging kind). Can't wait to see those colors pop. Seeing that plant in this video kind of makes me feel validated in the choice we made, it was just too pretty to pass up!
Patrick, I love that you’re a homie, you live in Southern California, like I do. I love that you’re not across the country, so visiting the nurseries you profile is a real possibility for me. Thank you, I Amy
I love your plant shopping videos! It feels like I get to go look at these pretty babies without actually having to leave my house and risk spending money. Although I did go to a a home depot a few weeks ago, after one of your shopping videos and found myself my very own Silver Sword there! So thank you! :D
3 silver swords at Home Depot on Imperial hwy/ La Mirada. Pot with wooden stand. 4-21-22 1:10pm. Saw u were looking for one at your last Home Depot video
Thanks for doing such a good job showing us the plans and the names of the plants, but best of all when you say it trap I laughed and I say thank you big time because I would be caught in a trap
Not a fail. Instead, its a reality check of the limited range of plants usually offered at big box nurseries. Maybe a road trip up the coast to Seaside Gardens Nursery and Gallup & Stribling Orchids in Carpinteria and Terra Sol Nursery in Goleta would provide you with a change of pace. I also recommend a stop at The Sacred Space in Summerland, they don't sell plants, but do have beautiful art and a serene and magical garden. If you make an excursion, and are in Summerland, Field and Fork or Summerland Beach Cafe are great choices for lunch....After all, a coastal road trip, plant hunting and good food are always a great combo.
Those dianthus look like they must have smelled amazing! So jealous, I'm in MA and the nurseries are so empty still! Hopefully will be a bit better getting closer to mothers day! Still pretty cold here so that's probably why :(
my favorite part is when you snapped that begonia stem... lol... i might have to go to that armstrongs tomorrow and see if they still have that crocodile fern...
Wow, I'm surprised you passed up that euphorbia! Still a good video 😁 it's nice to shop vicariously just to see what's out there while saving gas money 😂😂😂
I recommend heart leaf philodendrons, like the regular green, or a brasil, and I’d also recommend a peace lily ‘domino’! I’d say pretty much anything would grow well in Washington State except for maybe a succulent or cactus. But, those are some of my favorites so I think you’d enjoy growing them!
Lol..they are called pussy willows because the leaf/blooms resemble the paws of a pussy cat. That is what they are called in the mid west. Take it from a great grandmother I've heard it my whole life. Anyway enjoy your videos. Keep up the good work.
Great video… would love to go to Cali to the greenhouses 🪴🌸💜🦋 I live in Iowa and not much here but big box stores (a few greenhouses but not many). 🤷🏻♀️ some day 😊
Plant shopping with Patrick! Id watch that show every week. Love your chill style and the nice mood your giving out in the videos.

Definitely one of those editing regrets! I wish I got that euphorbia! 😂
Feels like it's been a while since an update on your grow tent. I'm thinking of getting one and would love to see how your plants are doing in there.
Thanks! It has! I’ll be sure to do a tour real soon! Stay tuned! 💚
I thought the faint screaming in the beginning was a guitar part of the background music help
Hi Patrick! I have a question…what houseplants would you recommend for a beginner in Washington State?
I recommend heart leaf philodendrons, like the regular green, or a brasil, and I’d also recommend a peace lily ‘domino’! I’d say pretty much anything would grow well in Washington State except for maybe a succulent or cactus. But, those are some of my favorites so I think you’d enjoy growing them!
Thank you so much, have an awesome week. I love your channel, such good vibes
I wish you would have gotten the variegated cactus from Home Depot
I would have but I already have several! 🤗
Darn you could have gotten it for me lol 😂
At 8:13 I'm wondering what you meant by the title of the video
Lol..they are called pussy willows because the leaf/blooms resemble the paws of a pussy cat. That is what they are called in the mid west. Take it from a great grandmother I've heard it my whole life. Anyway enjoy your videos. Keep up the good work.
Thanks for the clarification! 💚💚💚
Great video… would love to go to Cali to the greenhouses 🪴🌸💜🦋 I live in Iowa and not much here but big box stores (a few greenhouses but not many). 🤷🏻♀️ some day 😊
