MVD (microvascular decompression). I had the surgery in December of 2017. I'm still pain free. I suffered for just over 3 years before I had my surgery. The trigeminal nerve has 3 branches, and the 2 lower branches were affected in my case. I had it on the left side. My neurosurgeon said that I should be pain free for around 10 yrs, and if I'm lucky it will never come back. I also have MS, but in my case, the TN and MS are unrelated. I hope that you are doing better.
I have it as well. Does it ever affect your hearing? It’s on my left side, mostly upper, along my ear and behind it, down my neck. Some times my ear feels plugged with a ringing in it. Also does your memory seem affected at times?
You ever take Gabapentin before?I have nerve pain too but it also helps with anxiety and depression.So sorry you don’t feel good.I’ll pray for you!Take care!

I I feel your pain however I suggest using Orajel to get some relief
nasal sugrery turbinate reduction casued my TN AND EMPPTY NOSE SYNDROME. IT SUCKS.
Have you tried cbd? It doesn't completely take the pain away but it helps.
That is what I had after getting whacked with car seat springing back into place. Got me on the jaw. I would wake up squealing xx
