That little step with bringing the rear leg in for the teep is actually so helpful! I've been struggling with my balance for teeps for a bit, but this looks like it eliminates a good amount of those issues with something so simple. Many thanks for the video, excellent training!!

Thank you so much for the foot placement explanation for the teep. This will definitely help my balance when throwing it 🥊👊🏿.

Damien showed me the same in our private. That footwork back especially, super important, it takes a lot of time to be able to do that and get comfortable to counter properly especially while you are getting punched!

Incredible content, Kingdom Martial Arts Academy. Eager to see more of your next uploads. I tapped that thumbs up icon on your post. Keep up the fantastic work! The breakdown of footwork and timing in your techniques was so insightful. How do you suggest beginners improve their balance while executing these movements?

He’s lived in UK for many years. English French, a bit of Thai and i think his Spanish is decent as well .
Has a French accent a bit though . Unfortunately it’s not posted anymore but if you can find it there’s video of him sparring at Knowlesy academy in London. Very good content
