Thanks for this. I'm learning chinese calligraphy and we'll need to write out some short poems at the end of the class, and that's how I found my way here. Quick question.. my chinese is very basic, but I remember seeing the pinyin for 上 is shàng. Is this one of those cases of change in 'tone' that we see in certain combination?
