Hello sir I'm doing ME from BITS pilani currently I'm in second semester after ME I want to do Phd by aboard University but currently due to COVID my classes are online so don't interact with faculty about PhD. I belongs to pilani rajasthan like Vivek but there is nobody help to how to work to getting good University PhD in civil engineering with fully funded scholarship sir please tell me how to consult you
1) Sir, what GRE score and IELTS/TOEFL score would be considered good for universities like UPenn, CMU, etc. I have 318 score in GRE and 7.5 in IELTS, Should I re appear to improve my GRE Score? I am yet to start my masters in india. 2) Also about the green card status in USA, Do PHD get any benefit as compared MS students of USA for issuing of Green card? 3) What do you think are the job opportunities in robotics in USA after PHD in USA and MTech in robotics from India? Also what do you think about job and research opportunities in robotics in India. 4) Also for PHD in Europe, do you have language skills requirement also for admit?
@@PrabhjotKaur-zw3vd spending 15 lpa+ for online classes not worth it. I was applying there only but lockdown keep extending. Also can't waste another year for things to get normal right now. It's better to spend 30k in IISC than to spend in MS for similar type course.
@@vid_sh_itsme4340 But why dont you look at the wider picture...see if your goal is only to study in germany and return to india than you are right iisc is perfect choice ..but if you want to work and settle there than you should definetly consider this option as jobs are resuming even colleges will reopen till the year end....regarding fees we just need to deposit in block account nothing else and this accounts for approx 9.5 lacs....and as you have gate scorecard you can even apply for scholarships...just a suggestion
1) For PhD your GRE score is fine and won't be a deciding factor 2) Yes, you apply for green card from E1 category which is generally speaking less competitive 3) India haa very scarce opportunity in robotics as not many companies. In USA they have ample jobs as they are spearheading the robotics scene. 4) Yes you have to give either TOEFL/IELTS or regional language test if gou want to pursue courses in that language.
