At 4:44, I am reminded of the advertisement on the radio station in GTA 3 that mentions how there are people who will teach a person how to throw themself under a vehicle and pretend to be hurt so they can sue. Perhaps this Triad member attempted to learn from this advertisement, tired of being a Triad member, but he failed a significant detail.

I wonder if these bugs are happening cause it’s set to 60 fps. These games were never meant to run in these frames. Maybe set it down to 30 by turning the frame limiter on, when these games go past the FPS wall it can glitch and cause issues. I couldn’t even load the first mission on gta vice city cause my FPS was so high
