papaluga is clearly the best legend rare, with his stats, who could deny him being a legend? let’s also not skip the part how if you devolve him enough, he reverts to primeluga, which has the best stats in the game.

Izanagi is not the most versatile since she's a single hit but she is VERY good mid and late game. She's does 6x damage against traited enemies on top of her already busted damage. She is a boss killer more than a crown controller or area killer. Izanami (the dark one) on the other hand is a traitless killer. Izanami is absolutely a carry in crazed stages and in Empire of Cats. Not only that but she has a 6x damage boost against traitless enemies. She had a very good aoe as well. But she gets absolutely sweeped by late game bosses since she doesn't do well against traited enemies. Although Izanagi is absolutely buns sometimes she can be versatile when there's not much enemies but some strong ones. She's also a very good piercer and can kill backline enemies well which is VERY important later.
not rlly, izanagi did alot of work, and ushiwakamaru was there to do some support so they wouldnt die immediately. luminalla did alot of work too, so you can see that.
