It's funny how much I loathed Dragonspine when doing it and how much I kind of miss it in retrospect as the only real challenging and inhospitable overworld environment in the game (boring deserts that stretch on forever don't count)
Dragonspine was, and still is by far my favorite place BECAUSE of the difficulty and tension. for me, it's more fun to have a long and difficult battle with the enemies, and jamming to the battle theme, rathen than getting on a 2 seconds long encounter with your avarage hilichurl camp. though, that being said, i don't like it when there is also a timer to that, so like, the spiral abyss isn't really up my alley, plus i don't have that many built characters in the first place, or the resorces to build them, as i wasted most of my fragile resin like an idiot on my early days so i have to play the waiting game each day. but i do have some great characters overall. ...anyway, i really hope they add more events or content to the area, as i really want to have another or more reasons to revisit it more often, and not just for the nostalgia.
This felt like trip down memory lane haha. Did the same puzzle thinking it was part of the questline. Did not find one of the Seeles... might have been more than ten minutes before I looked up a guide... The challenge was the final straw were I put the Dragonspine questline aside to do other things. In retrospect, it wasn't difficult, I was just dumb and had no build characters. When I came back to it months later, with more knowledge and an actual working team, it was almost too easy.
Dragonsine honestly is my fav place cuz it has something chellenging and puzzles and quest there are really good and i dont oftenly find common chest there to much .
...I never really felt it was a problem. I didn't need go there to reach Liyue because I assumed that a major trade hub would have roads leading to it and turned out to be right. I poked around in it a bit, was happy to have Amber and realize that Lumine's Anemo powers could transfer fire decently, was stuck in the underground for a while but had the main storyline to work on, and went back with Lumine, Noelle and Yanfei when I could clear out the challenges down there. Nothing beyond that point that I got to felt difficult, and since I haven't been building Cryo I mostly went back to see if it was possible to get to the Tea Party gliding from the top of the nail rather than following the intended route up. (It might be for somebody with Venti and the right stamina foods, but I certainly can't last long enough even if the angle seems just about right.) That said, I've seen enough streamers very early on in the game basically say, "I must climb that mountain. Right now. Nothing else in this game is as important as climbing that mountain." to understand. And I also loved the Chasm (spent two days spelunking there looking for the entrance to Sumeru, and ultimately found one) and realize how unusual that is.
It’s funny, because I actually adored Dragonspine, right from the get-go. Once I unlocked the Goulash recipe, the sheer cold mechanic felt a lot more balanced, and the copious amount of huge treasures and the quality and complexity of the puzzles made it one of the most rewarding experiences in the game.
"Having found the Philosopher's Stone, I use it to destroy Santa's home, and send this Acquaint Fate to become Qiqi in someone else's world" I'm dead, how do you even come up with this? XD
as a f2p player of this game, i found this video really funny and relatable at the same time, i even asked my same AR lvl friends to carry me to the half of the dragonspine adventure 😂
I'm that one Gigachad who helps every newbie players to complete the ice thawing quest chain, get chest and the claymore in Dragonspine 💪💪💪 Can't remember how many souls I have saved 😂😂😂 But tbh, the first time you came here is just disaster 💀
i went through the entirety of dragonspine so tht i could get enough wishes for hu tao. and i did get her!! ive been maining her since. so thats like 3 years
My brother is rank locked so he asked me to play on his behalf to get him up to 23. **dragon spine is agony and I cannot do the sky frost nail without him on my account.**
My top 3 most hated location: 1. Dragonspine ❄️🥶 2. The Chasm 🦉🔦😱 3. Enkanomiya (quest incomplete) 4. Reckless Pallad 😤😠 -Tbh I don't help him anymore because he pushed Sucrose. 1000 years of death to him.

Yh very true! Once you get the annoying bits out the way, Dragonspine is pretty fun to explore!
Inazuma has plenty of dangerous environments too though.
Wonder if it's a small taste of what Snezhnaya would be?😅
I started 100%'ing dragonspine when i had Dehya (cuz of her passive) and genuinly, Dragonspine is a hidden gem, it's suprisingly fun

Very true! I do wish too they’d have more events here, since there’s no reason to come back and aesthetically I think it’s one of the best places.
BANGER
Dragonspine's actually my favorite area.
I hope Snezhnaya is like this. I want that Russian winter experience challenge.
Yh definitely need some of that challenge back in!
Yuh dragonspine is fun i have it at 100% exploration
the editing was hilarious. subscribed! xDD
Thank you! 😁
This felt like trip down memory lane haha.

Yh the challenge is brutal when you’re a noob but so easy afterwards 😂
Wait do people actually hate dragonspine? Im surprised!
It’s the marmite/Vegemite of Genshin!
Dragonsine honestly is my fav place cuz it has something chellenging and puzzles and quest there are really good and i dont oftenly find common chest there to much .
@@KooKenGI and htf exploring dragonsine is related to being f2p/whale ? 😑
Whale’s like the cold
Surprised...? So many people hate it..

Yh it’s the natural monke gamer brain that’s like “big tall thing? Must climb” haha

Wait... so I'm not supposed to finish that quest to reach the top and 100 percent gragonspine before I finish mondstadt?
As a f2p player who got dehya, running around this place is a piece of cake, but still this mountain really annoying
Who needs shields when you got Dehya 💪
Am I the only one who liked Dragonspine..?
No don’t worry there’s like 4 others 😂
