Finally the PD is gonna have competition
People in comments are freaking out about Nino talking to Denzel about PD policies and their effects. I saw more than one comment. First of all, even if he were an "adviser," which I didn't get from Nino in this conversation, he wouldn't be a bad one. Since 4.0, Denzel has showed up nearly every day, worked his ass off, and tried to make the best of the situation. In my opinion, Nino is getting all of this information about how LSPD and the city are losing money and he needs someonne to vent to, but to say that Denzel is a "political adviser" who is actively dictating policy like he's a politician, is wild.
Den is the MOST underrated officer in the force tbh

They can patrol in LS and drain the budget down there while the BC budget is untouched and looks all good for Andy and really bad for Nino because it will look like he is being shitty at keeping his finances in check!

@@inksday he can't ban them but he can restrict them from patrolling without a good reason.....
IE. PD needs backup for a big situation or they don't have enough offers for a call.
He can however tell them that if they want to patrol in LS county they should transfer to LSPD but then that doesn't help with the money situation it just makes it worse because they will constantly have to pay more PD and BCSO will not have any officers to pay.

@@ZERO-L Ziggy managed to create more interesting RP just patrolling the mountains as a ranger then most of the current PD do responding to pings all over the map. Think it is a skill issue not a lack of active gangs and crime that limits most of their RP.
@@xxkildarxx the thing is majority of people who rp on a server need to be around active gangs and crime if they want publicity because you gotta remember like people do this stuff for a living and it’s meant to entertain us. Forcing people to stay in the north isn’t entertaining for viewers unless you like that type of rp of doing nothing which is a small minority of people let’s be real

Why not process ppl whatever station they are closest to and depending on the officer, the money goes to LSPD or BSCO?
Is he actually confiding in den? Or using him as a puppet? I can’t tell? Because as crap as den can be I do completely agree no pixel needs cops like him that aren’t npcs. Could see nino just pulling his strings to get an informant in the pd at the same time tho.
Den is a pretty good informant, but more importantly he's one of the best yappers on the force. By tomorrow, every cop, civ, and crim will know about this, and Nino won't have to do a thing to split the two departments.

BCSO shouldve never had the number of units it has incomparison to LSPD, hopefully this balances it out, as the budgets ahould only be able to support the number of necessary units needed in its jurisdiction.
Nino hiring Cadet (Chief) of Police saying he’s gonna fix the PD roleplay by destroying all the rp that has lead to it and all the work the people did to get to positions is crazy to me still.. hiring a chief who in character both said I’ve never met the other person before he reached out to me is CRAZY where’s the f’n rp in that?

Good:
+Storyline-wise
+RP-wise
Bad:
-Lower LSPD morale even more than it has already been given that BCSO officers can't back up and support LSPD officers in chases and patrols, which they really need given that LSPD's numbers are low
-Gangify the BCSO and LSPD toward each other
-Create territory disputes between BCSO/LSPD, especially when chasing suspects across county lines
Again, story-wise and RP-wise, I see this as a good thing. That said, there are practical and strategic drawbacks that come with it.
I see those negatives as potential positives. If most of the LSPD stop waking up, Mehdi can ask Buddha for an influx of cops from the public server to start fresh, and any who stick with it will be good candidates for command by showing commitment and the RP chops to make good rp out of a tough situation. Creating tension and separation between the two counties is spicy, and spice makes the RP kick.
Beyond that, it might get the PD in a better mindset for NoPixel. They've needed humbling for a while, and being forced to talk with crims instead of zerg rush every situation gets them to talking instead of shooting, which will make crims more chill, which will make the PD job easier. When all you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail. This could have the effect of taking away the PD hammer, so they'll be easier to mold into a shield. You don't shape metal without a lot of heat and beating.
@@DarkReapersGrim1 if the people that played PD and bcso weren't so dumb it'd be a wake up call to do stuff properly if you want a reward. It's like these people should go work for the US government cause just like them they cleary don't know how to run things properly.
BSCO are only in Blaine county during an Andi fare or Mr. Ks serial killer ark, other than that they’re in LS 24/7
