Phish 1.0 fan, and been trying to get my wife on board with Kam bands since we met. Nothing ever took until we tripped across Goose. She and I are going to Red Rocks in Oct. She can't wait and I couldn't be happier! Thanks Goose!
@@jamesbrumfield1594 Back when I first started listening to phish(90’s) I thought they had some good quirky songs and nice jams. Went and saw them a couple times. Hell I saw them last Saturday. I guess being first a fan of the dead and allman bros and hearing they were the next big thing in the jam scene, I just expected more. Never thought their song writing was that good and none have strong or distinctive vocal capabilities. They can jam beautifully for sure. For where their at in their careers, goose has a better all around sound than phish did back then. I always went to phish shows more for the scene. I’d go to a goose show for the music.
@@chinchilla2971"song writing was that good" posted on a setlist that includes a song about a fukken werewolf. I had a chance to see em at Chicago but had to flake! It worked out in the end. That same night about a hundred kids took over an area near the salt shed and were causing havoc! Everything happens for a reason and I can't wait to see goose live soon!

This SF run was my favorite back to back since Mission Ballroom. Had an out of body experience during Elizabeth that lasted until Feel It Now. I will never forget these nights. Thank you, Goose. See you in July!

hey Goose! whats with the new guitar? Love the set, I remember seeing phish there many moons ago and thinking the balcony was coming down during "bouncing". Anyways Just wondering about the new addition...did you feel out of your comfort zone at a few points with that new beast? Is this going to be permanent?
Its a new custom guitar made by Greg De Luis, its called "The Empress" and this was his first show with it! Rick met Greg at the Greek Theater show in LA last year and the guitar was finished just in time for the end of the tour! A truly amazing sounding guitar
@@WaltonsJoint That is amazing! Strange fact...my son was conceived after a Phish show way back and I heard about Goose last year. Phish has their own sound. Why try to duplicate either band? Both excellent bands. Been Phishing since the end of 1999. They never disappoint.

Blood don’t let no poison in
Cold don’t reach your bones

Wide and smothering, each breath
There’s no need anymore
You’ve run your course
Dear friend, you’ve been every rainy step
But go, go back home
Sun don’t burn no skin
Blood don’t let no poison in
Cold don’t reach your bones

We all vanished to the forest lost
Tired but breathing true
Like stone, the owls swallowed in the winter
Stay close to the old tree
I wanted to stay so long
But winter is dying now
I know it's the last time
I hear you crying now
Oh, you're allowed
To feel it now
Oh, meet up
Listen to my partners souls
Sink in the sand below
Wild and free
Your end is our beginning
I’d rather be on our own
I wanted to stay so long
But winter is dying now
I know it's the last time
I hear you crying now
Oh, you're allowed
To feel it now
