0:50 Guide your fingertip and touch the joint of the wings or leg and thigh joint before you cut into chicken.. this way you know where to cut so you wont miss the joints. I use to miss alot... i always buy whole chickens and i cut them up myself on a regular bases. that's how i save money instead of buying breasts alone. awesome video i am trying this recipe this weekend.

It was absolutely phenomenal and the sauce at the added a nice kick I would use that sauce again on top of a steak with onions and mushrooms
