Even though the video was hurried (I'm crazy like that. I like to watch ALL of the Stretching and Folds and the Kneading, etc. So give it all to me even if others think it's boring 😮! And I would love a free sample of sourdough starter. I haven’t had much luck with my own because I get sick a lot and end up in the hospital. Excellent Sourdough Bread!
