Hello Good day, You said the difference between SCIE and ESCI is that SCIE has Quality and Imfact factor while ESCI has only Quality with no Imfact factor. Now from JCR release 2023 all ESCI journals have imfact factor, what does that imply, and what does JCR release 2024 will look like since quartile ranking will also be given to ESCI journals by June 2024.
WoS decided to include ESCI Journals in JCR with IFs as they must be performing well, however on the basis of their quality parameters, ESCI Journals may be elevated to SCIE or may be removed, & the quartile info will help authors to make decisions. Regards

If a journal already indexed in ESCI list of WOS how it will be included in SCIE WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE. & How JCR & JIF can be checked for journal
