Thank you for the feedback. I've been taught that the e in den is pronounced long and closed, and the one in liebsten is prounced as a shwa (very short). But I will look into it.
@@AmitYungman Yes, the "e" in "dén" is correctly pronounced (long and closed); the second one (in "Liebsten") has to be more like a shwa, what it is, but we hear here the same sound in "dén" and "liebstén" (sic). In fact, it is like a "eu" in French (--> {ø}), but with not too much active lips. It can helps, maybe, to think of a mix of these two "e" to get the shwa. Have a nice day. :)

markiangooley true but liebsten is pronounced with a “deep” „e“ he sings it like „dén liebstén“ but its more like „dén liebstèn“
