I believe that it is because they have been getting sued for so much recently, all this legal stuff must be digging a deep hole in roblox's wallet. While, as he said, we could stop buying robux in an attempt to get the prices to go down, there are so many 5-9 year old's that dont understand the value of money playing roblox right now; it is effectively impossible to boycott roblox. These children dont care how expensive it is because mommy's credit card makes the price go away. Roblox hats used to be 50-60 robux, I tried to make my friend an avatar and I wasn’t really looking at the prices while putting the items on in catalog avatar because I already had a general idea of what the estimate SHOULDVE BEEN.. I checked the price of the outfit, it was 800. Excluding the shirt and pants being 5 and 7 robux, for 5 accessories it went up to 800 which is just insane because they weren’t super detailed crazy stuff either.. It was a hat, hair, belt, a little speech bubble thing that said “nah, id meow” and a little pocket on the shirt with a cat in it which was really tiny may I mind you, which all together should not have been 800 robux..
There's NO reason for a hat price to EVER reach triple digits. Most people including myself will only buy to make a full outfit, which would maybe reach around 600-700. It's genuinely makes no sense for ONE item to be that much, making a full outfit eventually reach thousands.

5:02 Oh yea, I remember playing Type Soul, it was a game based off of Bleach the anime. I loved playing it until it was hard to do certain stuff like the combat for pve needs to be less pvp and more pve. Any major problems are that there are Toxic Players in Type Soul. Also it promotes Gambling but making you pay a lot of robux for clan spins, cosmetics etc. Also they should really balance the pvp in Type Soul. If anything there is a game also based off of bleach called Peroxide. This game dosn’t have any Toxic players. Its also easier to Grind and the pve and pvp is more balanced. Good things about Peroxide are Good Things: Balaced Pvp and Pve, Easy progression no matter what faction you are, Non-toxic Players, Invasion to get Op Loot, etc Bad Things: Shikai/Banaki fight hard, Voltstandig boss Annoying and hard, Hollow Prince (Segunda Boss Fight) could be easier, Invasions could give better loot, etc I just wanted to Adress the Problems in Type Soul and suggest a new Bleach game, Peroxide; while listing Bad things about Type Soul; And Good and Bad of Peroxide. The thing with Sol's RNG is that it's not even a game, all you do is waste your time "rolling" to get a cool looking aura (it's basically introducing gambling to children, and no I'm not exagerating) and that's it, there's zero passion and nearly zero effort to manage to somehow get to the frontpage. The floor price thingy is like a never ending cycle of despair. Once people start buying, the prices go up, but when people don’t buy the prices go down. And when the prices go down, EVERYONE just starts buying. Then the prices skyrocket. And since there are more people joining Roblox everyday, I can see the price floor gradually and gradually increasing overtime. It doesn’t matter if we boycott, cause it will all just go up no matter what. Roblox has set up a terrible trap for us.
If the price floor goes down when less people buy it, but it goes up when more people buy it, then that means it will eventually get to a middleground where it doesnt change (other than in christmas cuz kids are getting robux for christmas)

I believe that it is because they have been getting sued for so much recently, all this legal stuff must be digging a deep hole in roblox's wallet. While, as he said, we could stop buying robux in an attempt to get the prices to go down, there are so many 5-9 year old's that dont understand the value of money playing roblox right now; it is effectively impossible to boycott roblox. These children dont care how expensive it is because mommy's credit card makes the price go away. (and the fact that we are talking about gen alpha and their temper tantrums and lack of half decent parents makes it all the more bleak)

Roblox hats used to be 50-60 robux, I tried to make my friend an avatar and I wasn’t really looking at the prices while putting the items on in catalog avatar because I already had a general idea of what the estimate SHOULDVE BEEN.. I checked the price of the outfit, it was 800. Excluding the shirt and pants being 5 and 7 robux, for 5 accessories it went up to 800 which is just insane because they weren’t super detailed crazy stuff either.. It was a hat, hair, belt, a little speech bubble thing that said “nah, id meow” and a little pocket on the shirt with a cat in it which was really tiny may I mind you, which all together should not have been 800 robux..
There's NO reason for a hat price to EVER reach triple digits. Most people including myself will only buy to make a full outfit, which would maybe reach around 600-700. It's genuinely makes no sense for ONE item to be that much, making a full outfit eventually reach thousands.

5:02 Oh yea, I remember playing Type Soul, it was a game based off of Bleach the anime. I loved playing it until it was hard to do certain stuff like the combat for pve needs to be less pvp and more pve. Any major problems are that there are Toxic Players in Type Soul. Also it promotes Gambling but making you pay a lot of robux for clan spins, cosmetics etc. Also they should really balance the pvp in Type Soul. If anything there is a game also based off of bleach called Peroxide. This game dosn’t have any Toxic players. Its also easier to Grind and the pve and pvp is more balanced. Good things about Peroxide are
Good Things: Balaced Pvp and Pve, Easy progression no matter what faction you are, Non-toxic Players, Invasion to get Op Loot, etc
Bad Things: Shikai/Banaki fight hard, Voltstandig boss Annoying and hard, Hollow Prince (Segunda Boss Fight) could be easier, Invasions could give better loot, etc
I just wanted to Adress the Problems in Type Soul and suggest a new Bleach game, Peroxide; while listing Bad things about Type Soul;
And Good and Bad of Peroxide.

fr.. i remember when a full avatar with hair oufit and face accesory was 75 robux only, not even $1! And now 75 isn't even enough for a damn hat or hair..
The thing with Sol's RNG is that it's not even a game, all you do is waste your time "rolling" to get a cool looking aura (it's basically introducing gambling to children, and no I'm not exagerating) and that's it, there's zero passion and nearly zero effort to manage to somehow get to the frontpage.

The floor price thingy is like a never ending cycle of despair. Once people start buying, the prices go up, but when people don’t buy the prices go down. And when the prices go down, EVERYONE just starts buying. Then the prices skyrocket. And since there are more people joining Roblox everyday, I can see the price floor gradually and gradually increasing overtime. It doesn’t matter if we boycott, cause it will all just go up no matter what. Roblox has set up a terrible trap for us.

I think the main reason why Roblox makes updates almost no one wants is because if I did here correctly Kreekcraft said Roblox is a non profitable company they depend on investors so I guess Roblox has to make updates the investors want before the actual Roblox community(hope this helped)
