Littleton mobile home park residents look to purchase property

Residents of Meadowood Village in Littleton said a Utah-based company made an $18M offer on their park in January. Since then, they've been trying to beat the sale.

Don't do it , AN H.O.A will be born and it will go south quick , we did this last year , and now we are regretting it .
