I see....the END....of the Hero of Time. Link's adventure through time is over and done. Gannondorf was defeated, and Link was returned to his rightful time. The Master Sword was never intended to be used by a child. Nor was the Hylian Shield. And the Ocarina of Time served its purpose in defeating Evil. That's why Link walks away from it. I don't think this is a continuation of just OoT. Nor do I think its the "calm before the storm" of Majora's Mask. If it was, why would Link abandon the Ocarina of Time, just to have it again in Majora's Mask. I think this is Link moving on. He's no longer the Hero of Time. He is no longer needed as a hero. I see this as an End. Perhaps THE End of Link. Maybe the theories about Majora's Mask being about Link accepting his death are true (Check out game theory's video). If so, I see this as Link coming to peace with what happened. And hell, Twilight Princess, the Hero's Shade says he's full of regrets, because he couldn't pass on his skills to another. Perhaps this is the Hero's Shade moving on, finally having taught TP Link his knowledge and skills as the Hero. He can finally rest in his home. The Kokiri Woods. He no longer needs his sword and shield. He can lay them to rest. And he can finally rest himself, with the companion he never thought he would find again.
And where in my comment did I ever say landing on a Deku flower made you take damage? Hell I don't see how your comment actually relates to ANYTHING I said in my post.
This helps me when I'm having a panic or anxiety attack or when I begin shaking because I can name things I see to keep my mind off of things that worry me.
I definitely agree it's some time before Majora's Mask. Link has just been sent back in time after the events of OoT. He's back in Kokiri Forest, maybe a little restless even though he's glad Hyrule is at peace. Meanwhile Majora's Mask is out there, waiting to be found by Skullkid, ripe for the taking (metaphorical, since we know the salesman had it). The deku stands for the butler's lost son, one of Skullkid's early victims. Link senses he has another journey to go on, but this time, he's going to have to do it without the hero's weapons.
Woah this is the type of comments I was looking for. Really amazing how you took everything to create this story and I have to admit it seems really good if we compare that with the elements in the video. It's funny because from what I read, a lot of people think about Majora's Mask too but do you think you would had the same idea if the mask wasn't there ?
@@RwanLink I actually had the idea that this was pre-MM before I even saw the mask. :D With his adult weapons discarded, and him staring up at the sky, I got this feeling of him needing to leave that space behind, to move on, to find... Something.

As for Tingle, the Great Deku Tree, and the little deku, I never quite figured what they were doing. Maybe the Deku Tree was a reminder of his past as he headed into a new future. Tingle...well, he always did want to have his own fairy soo he was going to ask the Deku Tree for one? Now for the deku child, I just thought maybe the curse was lifted somehow and he was roaming free and happy?
I think it is a small transition from Link, having his adventure in OoT into his adventures in Termina, which is presumably his last visions as he dies in the forest and turns into the hero's shade

I think this is the aftermath of majora's mask. The hero of time is going through a surreal dream sequence, reminiscing his past adventures. Link is just feeling tranquil and happy thinking of his past, although it being filled with despair, trauma, and anything a child like him should never go through. Link doesn't seem to regret living through these adventures, and makes the most out of what he does. Him leaving his dream, is leaving the past behind, must mean that he knows that he'll never be acknowledged for the good things he's done, even though he doesn't seem to care. The deku tree, the deku butler's son, and navi possibly represents that link dreams of seeing them alive and okay even though it's sadly not the case. Either whatever I'm saying is accurate or it's just RwanLink just celebrating his animations for zelda all over the years, almost as if it were an anniversary

I see peaceful sadness and depression of the Hero, resenting the idea that his adventure in OoT was never really acknowledged or recognized, that it was only used to expose and subdue Ganon, and that he was only a servant messenger to the king no longer needed. He feels regret going through hell and back just to save a land who he feels only betrayed him in the end. So this his heartbroken goodbye from Hyrule in seeking of the only true friend he ever had, Navi. The quest that lead him into Termina as he grieves and tries to leave behind what he feels is the shame of being a hero for a land that to him never really cared about him or what he accomplished. It may look bright, colorful, beautiful, and peaceful, it's really a sad depressing story about a young boy's struggle to cope with the kings rejection of him as a hero due his age, despite the hell he went through to get that far to being a hero only for that title to be stripped from him by force due to the sins of man. So this is basically that story from Link's perspective as a mad, but yet at the same time also sad heartbroken child running away from both his homes that seemingly longer wants him. This perspective is the result of whatever's left of the light in Link's heart, now shattered due to feeling so rejected and alone. My extension to this is that while this is happening with Link, Zelda is arguing with her father about how harsh he was to Link that he's only the same age she is. That being of a child. While Impa remains neutral for the sake of both sides and the kingdom, being more understanding of Zelda's concerns but also understanding the king's side of story and argument that Link was and after his story of the future, still is too young to be the legendary hero. Now back to Link's side of the story seen here in the video. Like I said, this is more from Link's perspective. Obviously this isn't what actually happened. Link is just mad, frightened, scared, sad, depressed, and lonely all at the same time. And this video symbolizes those feelings. He's trying hard to hold onto whatever goodness and light he has left in his heart and soul. That's why we don't see him on Epona, with the Hero's Shield, Kokiri Sword, and we even see him leaving behind the Ocarina of Time, when in MM, he clearly has the ocarina, sword, shield, and Epona with him in the beginning. Again, I feel like this definitely does symbolize his feelings more. In that moment, he wants to just leave his dark tragic past behind and all that reminded him of such, but he can't. So that basically concludes my take and perspective on this for now. Hope you at least enjoyed the read. This actually an idea I've had for some time now. I plan on airing a Zelda fan show soon that will explain a whole lot more why I interpreted this as such and why it makes sense that this is my personal story and take on this video.
I think theses are the memorise of the hero of time, having completed both of his journeys in Ocarina of time and Majora's mask, he now leaves all of it behind for he he is now done being the legendary hero and goes to rest peacefully.
Okay, I think these are Link's final thoughts before he passes on and becomes Hero's Shade, the Deku Butler's son, Majora and Tingle are all there, and so is the Master sword and Deku tree, but rather than Link having to save the world from turmoil, he can do what he always wanted to and enjoy the world that he saved, yes, the Hero of time was truly a selfless soul who always worked and put others ahead of himself, this is a dream to him, and a happy one at that, one that he shares with his fellow heros.
This video was so beautiful and full of bliss I didn't even really stop to think about what I say. All I knew was this video made me want to live in the world of Zelda.
This is absolutely beautiful. All the interpretations are awesome! I choose to believe that this are Link’s last visions before becoming the Hero’s Shade, as many others have said before. Wow, I certainly have no words, it’s very heartwarming. :’)
Wow. You weren't wrong when you put that headphone recommendation at the start of the video, it really improves the experience. Love the relaxing feel-good vibes this video gives from the calming music, powerful camera work, and beautiful scenery. Truly a work of art. I'll take a crack at it. This scene heavily reminds me of the inside of the moon, a place of peace of mind for the happy mask salesman. But while the mask salesman's world is left empty and barren, the inside of Link's mind (this Forest in the video) is full of life and fond (and not so fond) memories of his past. He has come to terms with the fact that not all things in life are to be happy, and he has resolved to sacrifice his own belongings and peace for the sake of the world and becomes a lonely hero. That is why he is seen leaving everything behind at the end of the video.
It's definitely a moment of departure. Link has left behind everything from his journeys in Hyrule and Terminal and is walking away from it all. The obvious implication is that he's passing on into the afterlife, but I think this is Link moving on with his life, trying to become the man who would go on to become the Hero's Shade.
It's just like Link just finished his duty, he saved Hyrule and Termina, and he's just having a little rest, and then though "I don't need my sword and shield anymore, It's the end." And he's having a restful life, in his element the forest, still searching for Navi, but peacefully. He doesn't need to fight the Deku, he knows they have a life like his. No one knows where the Deku goes, but I think It's the Deku mask: was dead, but magically came back to life. It's certainly searching for it's father. Tingle just strolls around as always. And Link goes on his own way, searching for his friend, and then starting a new life. This was really relaxing, I love these kind of videos, and I liked the fact that we imagine the story without knowing if it is the true one. Continue on your way, your videos are perfectly done and beautiful. Have a nice day!
Very beautiful and sad at the same time. I imagine this is when Link is finished in Termina and just defeated Majoras mask. Returned to Hyrule to see his home one last time before dissapearing into the Lost Woods, leaving all his belongings behind and thus becoming the Heros Shade.

Link is always tireless, always in the wrong place at the right time, always battling something in some way. I'd say he is just trying to fight one of the ultimate battles, to leave your past behind and let it go completely. True courage exists in every aspect, body, mind, heart, spirit, actions, and 'you' yourself.
Sorry but a side note. I wish that they would make a have after the events of Majora's Mask that plays more of an RPG with it's good ol fashioned item and battle system. Where there are still terrors and darkness to fight in different places. As you fight and you progress in certain quests you'll become things like a knight of Hyrule etc. This would be a great idea after the making of Breath of the Wild. Have the map be huge in this idea of a game, as well.
I've been binge watching all your creations! Bravo! C'est captivant! Having played OoT, MM, TP, SS, BotW... Link will forever be the sorrowful "lonesome cowboy". And this video is a perfect example, being set (still from my perspective) after OoT & MM, the latter being the finishing blow to the former. With time being forever cruel especially to Link having a time flow of his own, leaving him always alone. Again kudos on your vids.

Gorgeous video! I was so distracted by the vivid colors and lighting but I think this perhaps takes place after Majora's Mask. Though no one else knows or remembers, Young Link has left his mark in history, mostly forgotten.
I see the Hero of Time, beginning to understand that despite having been in an adult body and manipulating time, he is coming to realize what it really means to grow up, and the pain that comes with it.
I think that at the begining he was remembering his adventure in Ocarina Of Time and the Tingle, Tael, the Deku and Majora represented his adventure in Termina. And, at the end, he goes with Navi because he isn't needed, he saved everyone, and now he can be in peace... or not. He truly met with a terrible fate.
A moment of pure happiness after Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask. Link deserves this! I would've loved to see Navi, but this is brilliant! You seem to have a love for the Ocarina of Time/MM world. I don't blame you. It's certainly the best and I have always dreamt of expanding that world.
A boy with passion, a desire for more then what he can have as his world comes to a conclusion a new hand baring a twig of hope to reignite that flame to correct the mistakes and pursue what he perceives as the right choices
This is the end of the hero's journey. After the call to his adventure in the ocarina of time, he left his home to battle evil, then continued onward in search of a friend only to intertwine with another threshold in his quest, Majoras Mask. Finally after his "rebirth" of a hero and new transformation in the land of Termina, He finally moves onward to his original goal. Then some time later, He returns back where he started. His home. Everything back to normal yet different. Satisfied and grown into a strong hero of his own right, He now lives the rest of his life in peace with everything he has achieved... Along with a few others who followed along side him as his friend, comrade, and fellow associates with the same interests.
Here is my vision of the scene: Young Link came to collect himself on the tomb of the mojo tree after the events of Ocarina of time or majora's mask ... He remembers the good moments of his childhood, before his adventures ... He goes in tree's body for confess to him ... Tingle is the symbol of memories, messages of Link that fly to the tree, to heaven. The mask of majora represents the evil that is still there, that it is necessary to continue to fight, as for the small mojo, it shows that the life continues and that the hope is not lost. Finally, Link leaves after confiding, confident. The two fairies represent the divine aspect, one is white like an angel and the other black as death, showing the proximity of both in this scene .. This is what you think of my opinion ... I'm probably a little carried away, but it's probably because I love the concept ... Waiting for the next one;)
I see a young link spending one last day in the place he called home before he has to set off on his journey the items around him foreshadow whats to come in his adventure he savours his last moments as a child of the kokiri forest and at the end is him on his way to say goodbye to saria before he head off to hyrule castle.
Tingle looks so cute and so creepy at the same time, I think you should make a moving animation about his story like you did with Gannondorf that would be really interesting! I like this
I feel like it's after the events of Majora's Mask, when Link has returned to Hyrule. He realizes no one will recognize him for his heroic deeds and contemplates taking the Master Sword again to prove his strength. In the end, he decides he does not need it and goes on to live his life as he needed to. And then there's also fairies and Tingle and a deer and other such atmospheric stuff ;)

I feel like this is a mixture of Majora's Mask and Ocarina of time, but mostly OFT. Link relaxes after saving another (village, kingdom, etc) once again. Then again, he looked like he found a peaceful spot to rest in peace. Since he wasn't moving or blinking at first, but at the end it looked like he put the master sword to rest and went back to Kokiri forest and is going to wait until the world needs him again and only then will he come back for the sword and shield.
I think this is after majoras mask, link reflecting on his past adventure and remembering what princess Zelda said so the he lives out his childhood leaving his past behind
As one incarnation of Link departs from the world. experiences the revelation that despite the multitudes of clashes of good vs. evil that the cycle is one that is destined to repeat itself indefinitely. However, just because the next rise of evil is inevitable does not belittle or make unimportant the emotions and experiences of each and every person that was part of his story or any other Link that has been or will come. He finds the beauty of life is in having experienced it and not the result of seeing it through to its conclusion.
I choose to believe, that Link has found peace, after all the adventures he endured...In the pursuit of finding Navi, after the events of Majora's Mask, he leaves the Master Sword behind, as he no longer believes it is of any use. Like every weapon, it is meant to be utilized as a tool; and, this specific tool served its purpose in defeating Evil. Link is contempt with everything he has done for others; and now chooses to seek out a new adventure, or live harmoniously, alongside those he saved. Whatever may come, he'd be ready for it.
This is REALLY nice and nicely put together! 1 thing i dont think makes sense is the master sword? If the master sword is there link would be grown up and not a kid, other than that, its lovely!
Peace after a battle. Life springing forth after death. Realization of how precious peace is. Leaving behind the life of a warrior in trade for living the life of a youth. Trying to leave it all behind. Dreams coming true. ^^
It’s link finally returning home with his “long lost friend” and starting to live his childhood. Majoras is lying there useless but as a memento of the last adventure and the hylian shield and master sword resting for the next it will be needed. Link will grow up in the woods but even though he will become a soldier and die waiting for pass his knowledge properly.

After a year, I think I have a better grasp of this, and I think I was right. The Master Sword gives it away. Each and every time the Master Sword has appeared in the varied games, it has always had a slightly different look. I know that sword. That Master Sword is from Twilight Princess. Which gives this scene (without meta'ing it to death) a whole new meaning. I think this is the END of the Hero of Time. Link passed along his teachings to the next Hero. He can finally rest in peace. We see the varied items from his journey's through time..and he walks away from them, because he doesn't need them anymore. His duty is done. He can finally rest, his regrets fulfilled. He can finally rest.

Firstly have you considered looking into some of "God is an astronaut"(s) music? Because it's similar to this and I don't think you'd have copyright issues, they seem pretty mellow with their fans wanting to display them. Secondly I see link returning home after all his adventures, maybe tingle finally becoming the fairy he's always wanted to be by granting of the deku tree of the past before death maybe in a parallel universe like a link between world's somehow. Maybe link meeting his father for the first time with his mother's presence around like what happened with the zora prince before she disappeared into her grave to observe the two bond. Thirdly I think it would be a nice and unique way to create some sort of closure to combine the stories together. :3 That's about all I have to say about it for now. So glad you didn't give up! Keep at it!

But the Link of Twilight Princess is descendant of this Link and he is only a child in Majora's Mask.

It may look bright, colorful, beautiful, and peaceful, it's really a sad depressing story about a young boy's struggle to cope with the kings rejection of him as a hero due his age, despite the hell he went through to get that far to being a hero only for that title to be stripped from him by force due to the sins of man. So this is basically that story from Link's perspective as a mad, but yet at the same time also sad heartbroken child running away from both his homes that seemingly longer wants him. This perspective is the result of whatever's left of the light in Link's heart, now shattered due to feeling so rejected and alone.
My extension to this is that while this is happening with Link, Zelda is arguing with her father about how harsh he was to Link that he's only the same age she is. That being of a child. While Impa remains neutral for the sake of both sides and the kingdom, being more understanding of Zelda's concerns but also understanding the king's side of story and argument that Link was and after his story of the future, still is too young to be the legendary hero. Now back to Link's side of the story seen here in the video. Like I said, this is more from Link's perspective. Obviously this isn't what actually happened. Link is just mad, frightened, scared, sad, depressed, and lonely all at the same time. And this video symbolizes those feelings. He's trying hard to hold onto whatever goodness and light he has left in his heart and soul. That's why we don't see him on Epona, with the Hero's Shield, Kokiri Sword, and we even see him leaving behind the Ocarina of Time, when in MM, he clearly has the ocarina, sword, shield, and Epona with him in the beginning. Again, I feel like this definitely does symbolize his feelings more. In that moment, he wants to just leave his dark tragic past behind and all that reminded him of such, but he can't.
So that basically concludes my take and perspective on this for now. Hope you at least enjoyed the read. This actually an idea I've had for some time now. I plan on airing a Zelda fan show soon that will explain a whole lot more why I interpreted this as such and why it makes sense that this is my personal story and take on this video.
I think theses are the memorise of the hero of time, having completed both of his journeys in Ocarina of time and Majora's mask, he now leaves all of it behind for he he is now done being the legendary hero and goes to rest peacefully.
Okay, I think these are Link's final thoughts before he passes on and becomes Hero's Shade, the Deku Butler's son, Majora and Tingle are all there, and so is the Master sword and Deku tree, but rather than Link having to save the world from turmoil, he can do what he always wanted to and enjoy the world that he saved, yes, the Hero of time was truly a selfless soul who always worked and put others ahead of himself, this is a dream to him, and a happy one at that, one that he shares with his fellow heros.

This is at the end of MM and OOT, and Link, finally finding Navi, is at peace. Now doing anything he wants, he's happy.
Wow. You weren't wrong when you put that headphone recommendation at the start of the video, it really improves the experience. Love the relaxing feel-good vibes this video gives from the calming music, powerful camera work, and beautiful scenery. Truly a work of art.
I'll take a crack at it. This scene heavily reminds me of the inside of the moon, a place of peace of mind for the happy mask salesman. But while the mask salesman's world is left empty and barren, the inside of Link's mind (this Forest in the video) is full of life and fond (and not so fond) memories of his past.
He has come to terms with the fact that not all things in life are to be happy, and he has resolved to sacrifice his own belongings and peace for the sake of the world and becomes a lonely hero. That is why he is seen leaving everything behind at the end of the video.
I see Link reflecting back onto a long and fulfilling journey...as a new day stirs and the journey continues..!

It's definitely a moment of departure. Link has left behind everything from his journeys in Hyrule and Terminal and is walking away from it all. The obvious implication is that he's passing on into the afterlife, but I think this is Link moving on with his life, trying to become the man who would go on to become the Hero's Shade.

I would need to write an entire essay of my interpretation but let me just say that this video is beautiful and great. You did an amazing job!
It's just like Link just finished his duty, he saved Hyrule and Termina, and he's just having a little rest, and then though "I don't need my sword and shield anymore, It's the end." And he's having a restful life, in his element the forest, still searching for Navi, but peacefully. He doesn't need to fight the Deku, he knows they have a life like his. No one knows where the Deku goes, but I think It's the Deku mask: was dead, but magically came back to life. It's certainly searching for it's father. Tingle just strolls around as always. And Link goes on his own way, searching for his friend, and then starting a new life.
This was really relaxing, I love these kind of videos, and I liked the fact that we imagine the story without knowing if it is the true one. Continue on your way, your videos are perfectly done and beautiful. Have a nice day!

Very beautiful and sad at the same time. I imagine this is when Link is finished in Termina and just defeated Majoras mask. Returned to Hyrule to see his home one last time before dissapearing into the Lost Woods, leaving all his belongings behind and thus becoming the Heros Shade.

Link is always tireless, always in the wrong place at the right time, always battling something in some way. I'd say he is just trying to fight one of the ultimate battles, to leave your past behind and let it go completely. True courage exists in every aspect, body, mind, heart, spirit, actions, and 'you' yourself.
Sorry but a side note. I wish that they would make a have after the events of Majora's Mask that plays more of an RPG with it's good ol fashioned item and battle system. Where there are still terrors and darkness to fight in different places. As you fight and you progress in certain quests you'll become things like a knight of Hyrule etc. This would be a great idea after the making of Breath of the Wild. Have the map be huge in this idea of a game, as well.
It feels like Majora's mask just ended and link is going to relax and actually explore Termina freely

Having played OoT, MM, TP, SS, BotW... Link will forever be the sorrowful "lonesome cowboy".
And this video is a perfect example, being set (still from my perspective) after OoT & MM, the latter being the finishing blow to the former.
With time being forever cruel especially to Link having a time flow of his own, leaving him always alone.

Gorgeous video! I was so distracted by the vivid colors and lighting but I think this perhaps takes place after Majora's Mask. Though no one else knows or remembers, Young Link has left his mark in history, mostly forgotten.
I see the Hero of Time, beginning to understand that despite having been in an adult body and manipulating time, he is coming to realize what it really means to grow up, and the pain that comes with it.

It looks to me like this scene belongs at the end of Majora's Mask. A relaxation after the final battle, complete with a reunion with Navi!
I think that at the begining he was remembering his adventure in Ocarina Of Time and the Tingle, Tael, the Deku and Majora represented his adventure in Termina. And, at the end, he goes with Navi because he isn't needed, he saved everyone, and now he can be in peace... or not.
He truly met with a terrible fate.

A moment of pure happiness after Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask. Link deserves this! I would've loved to see Navi, but this is brilliant! You seem to have a love for the Ocarina of Time/MM world. I don't blame you. It's certainly the best and I have always dreamt of expanding that world.

A boy with passion, a desire for more then what he can have as his world comes to a conclusion a new hand baring a twig of hope to reignite that flame to correct the mistakes and pursue what he perceives as the right choices
This is the end of the hero's journey. After the call to his adventure in the ocarina of time, he left his home to battle evil, then continued onward in search of a friend only to intertwine with another threshold in his quest, Majoras Mask. Finally after his "rebirth" of a hero and new transformation in the land of Termina, He finally moves onward to his original goal. Then some time later, He returns back where he started. His home. Everything back to normal yet different. Satisfied and grown into a strong hero of his own right, He now lives the rest of his life in peace with everything he has achieved... Along with a few others who followed along side him as his friend, comrade, and fellow associates with the same interests.
I don't know what to say.....I love it, very relaxing. I think link was letting everything go.
Here is my vision of the scene:
Young Link came to collect himself on the tomb of the mojo tree after the events of Ocarina of time or majora's mask ... He remembers the good moments of his childhood, before his adventures ... He goes in tree's body for confess to him ... Tingle is the symbol of memories, messages of Link that fly to the tree, to heaven. The mask of majora represents the evil that is still there, that it is necessary to continue to fight, as for the small mojo, it shows that the life continues and that the hope is not lost.
Finally, Link leaves after confiding, confident.
The two fairies represent the divine aspect, one is white like an angel and the other black as death, showing the proximity of both in this scene ..
This is what you think of my opinion ... I'm probably a little carried away, but it's probably because I love the concept ...

I see a young link spending one last day in the place he called home before he has to set off on his journey the items around him foreshadow whats to come in his adventure he savours his last moments as a child of the kokiri forest and at the end is him on his way to say goodbye to saria before he head off to hyrule castle.
Tingle looks so cute and so creepy at the same time, I think you should make a moving animation about his story like you did with Gannondorf that would be really interesting! I like this

I feel like it's after the events of Majora's Mask, when Link has returned to Hyrule. He realizes no one will recognize him for his heroic deeds and contemplates taking the Master Sword again to prove his strength. In the end, he decides he does not need it and goes on to live his life as he needed to.
And then there's also fairies and Tingle and a deer and other such atmospheric stuff ;)

I feel like this is a mixture of Majora's Mask and Ocarina of time, but mostly OFT. Link relaxes after saving another (village, kingdom, etc) once again. Then again, he looked like he found a peaceful spot to rest in peace. Since he wasn't moving or blinking at first, but at the end it looked like he put the master sword to rest and went back to Kokiri forest and is going to wait until the world needs him again and only then will he come back for the sword and shield.

Awesome......i'm speechless.
As one incarnation of Link departs from the world. experiences the revelation that despite the multitudes of clashes of good vs. evil that the cycle is one that is destined to repeat itself indefinitely. However, just because the next rise of evil is inevitable does not belittle or make unimportant the emotions and experiences of each and every person that was part of his story or any other Link that has been or will come. He finds the beauty of life is in having experienced it and not the result of seeing it through to its conclusion.
I choose to believe, that Link has found peace, after all the adventures he endured...In the pursuit of finding Navi, after the events of Majora's Mask, he leaves the Master Sword behind, as he no longer believes it is of any use. Like every weapon, it is meant to be utilized as a tool; and, this specific tool served its purpose in defeating Evil. Link is contempt with everything he has done for others; and now chooses to seek out a new adventure, or live harmoniously, alongside those he saved. Whatever may come, he'd be ready for it.
Finding peace, blissfully flying over the bad into the good.
(Also, Tingle didnt go for the ruppees!)

It’s link finally returning home with his “long lost friend” and starting to live his childhood. Majoras is lying there useless but as a memento of the last adventure and the hylian shield and master sword resting for the next it will be needed. Link will grow up in the woods but even though he will become a soldier and die waiting for pass his knowledge properly.

After a year, I think I have a better grasp of this, and I think I was right.
The Master Sword gives it away. Each and every time the Master Sword has appeared in the varied games, it has always had a slightly different look. I know that sword. That Master Sword is from Twilight Princess.
Which gives this scene (without meta'ing it to death) a whole new meaning.
I think this is the END of the Hero of Time. Link passed along his teachings to the next Hero. He can finally rest in peace. We see the varied items from his journey's through time..and he walks away from them, because he doesn't need them anymore.
His duty is done. He can finally rest, his regrets fulfilled. He can finally rest.

Firstly have you considered looking into some of "God is an astronaut"(s) music? Because it's similar to this and I don't think you'd have copyright issues, they seem pretty mellow with their fans wanting to display them.
Secondly I see link returning home after all his adventures, maybe tingle finally becoming the fairy he's always wanted to be by granting of the deku tree of the past before death maybe in a parallel universe like a link between world's somehow. Maybe link meeting his father for the first time with his mother's presence around like what happened with the zora prince before she disappeared into her grave to observe the two bond.
Thirdly I think it would be a nice and unique way to create some sort of closure to combine the stories together. :3
