I like that in this version of the story ML finds out FL is pregnant with HIS baby well before the last 10 minutes. At 1:40:57 he is in the hospital with her, waiting to see if the child can be saved (from miscarriage).
I knew when o saw this ML face that it will be another lukewarm annoying ML. Again with this storyline, keeping anyone he slept with as his fiancée and keeping a whole fiancée while claiming to like FL and fail to protect her when she get bullied. Watch her lose her job for something she didn’t do and then turn around and everything forgiven. FL doesn’t seem to care about anything really lol everything is so bland. He got a whole fiancé the whole time he likes FL and confess to her, then FL had him keep it up so the plot can drag and drag to the end instead. The only version of this plot I like is when ML actually break it off with the fiancée he thought he slept with the moment he realized he like FL. Then it felt a lot less scummy
This is like the same plot as Mr Li you got the wrong wife! I've seen a version with Zhang Jinyi, there was one where the FL is partially deaf and leaves behind a hearing aid instead of a resume, just saw one that has a fantasy aspect with cultivation, and now this with leaving a shoe behind. the 2FL trying is usually a friend/roommate, sister, and in this case old boss. There were a few other versions I've seen but can't remember the actors and there weren't anything different to remember. This is the second one I've seen where FL was actually pregnant, the one with the deaf FL was pregnant as well vs other versions it was mistake and never pregnant.
I've watched several versions of this story, too. Some I've liked, but most I get really frustrated with ML not recognizing FL after he pulls his pants up, literally and metaphorically.
