Tom O'Connor used to have a "pre-game ritual" where he would go into the bathroom and force out a shite, even if he didn't need it, sometimes he looked like he was ready to burst a blood vessel, then he would "fire one off" to "clean the pipes" before going into full pro mode for the cameras, what a guy!
