I am 52 and the wire wheels look great.....such a nice car....
stock wheels look more stylishly Balanced with entire car visuals.
but its a personal taste thing
When these cars were new, they were instant classics. Great job restoring this beauty!
Production quality of your videos is getting really good 👍
this is the coolest car I have seen in this show so far.and this show is full of cool cars.
THIS LINCOLN CONTINENTAL SHARP!!! BEAUTIFUL SEDAN😮😮😮KEEP IN GARAGE 😮😮😮😮😮😮NICE NICE 🙂🙂
EXCELLENT Video Mr. Fleming!
Re: suicide doors. The proper term is "centre opening doors". It makes getting into and out of the back seat a whole easier than front mounted doors. One almost walks into the back seat rather than crawling in.
He reminds me of the parking garage attendant in "Ferris Buehler's Day Off".
Lincoln...I feel should be up there with bentley...maybach..
Flemings has done a great job on this 1962 Lincoln Continental. I wish we could have heard that 430 purr. I like the wheels and your information about the side wall and the stability with the old tires and the :"swag"I have a neighbor that has a 1962 Lincoln Continental that made a loud boom and won't start, the battery is dead. The body looks great. Do you know where to get the specs for tuneup including plugs, points, etc...? Thank you for the video.
great mullet love the back.
Wow that is one really cool car !
Thank you so much!
WANT!!....But I would put back the factory wheels!.......And the front grille and the rear fascia back to factory!
exactly one buys a classic to look like a classic messing with it takes a hit on the price in my book Tony wake up
Yes exactly, well said, makes a true classic look like a cheap restomod. Cheapens the vehicle immediately.
Not true on the convertible about the latch. Dad had one new in 63. 63 my opinion the best looking of the Continentals. The two latches at the top of the windshield made of chrome had to be unlatched manually when you took the top down, then latched manually when you locked it in place after you put it up.
I love the steering wheel
The paint looks nice for $8000, should have kept original hubcaps on .Those wire rims look like they belong on a 1984 Cadillac Fleetwood.
That's true. The wheels look out of place.
Great car love it !! Paint needs some TLC Orange Peel a seen a few bubbles minor stuff but this car has to be like a mirror ..
but it's "Bentley paint" hahaha
Bentley makes their own paint?
This is on my wish list and a maybach62 as well
very cool car
The wheels are cool great 🚗 car
it a beautiful car and I know it's a arm and leg to buy it but it's beautiful
You know this Guy wants top dollar the way he wants to talk up everything he's selling, the list price on that car back in 1962 was right at $ 6,795.00 and I bet he wants 4 times the price. It's better to find one and restore it the way you want.
Why would u put a dead body in the trunk like is he insane
Dynamic it's a typical mob car. Speaking from experience
Beautiful car but Im partial to the original hubcaps and wide whites.
Nice car but the wheels do not suitthe car. Just my opinion to each there own.
Eric s you crazy wire's and vogues look good on all old schools
I hate how he puts the new sound systems in the glove box
I would prefer it in the Dash : )
+Rukus Cage True, but some people like to keep the car looking all-original.
If you restore a car, restore it right!
+Eldo 74 If you restore a car do it how you want it. Criticizing anothers project is like telling people what tastes good......to them.
A restoration is just that: a restoration NOT a renovation. This uploader is purporting that he restored this '62. Nothing could be further from the truth. Call a spade a spade and you avoid a lot of needless criticism and arguing.
why would you put a bently color on this tbird instead of painting a factory color from that era, that just stupid.
+SteelCity1981 Tbird?
Is this already sold?
Should have original wheel hubs. Not a wise decision without.
Ruined a perfectly good Lincoln. Bad wheels, ruined grill, ruined rear panel, non stock color, why not bag it get it on the ground??? How about some fancy pin stipping all over it?
+rjr 4949 Sorry Fleming, I have to agree. Does it bounce?
Tires and rims set the car off rims bout 2000 tires bout 1200
@@Dexter-fo2pk this car needs to be original. It's ashame when they put the training wheels on the classics and their bouncing down the street and parts falling off.
does is come with a piece of jfk's skull?
How Much??
Great job on the car...but that hair is not a good look.
Awesome but wrong rims
nice
"Offered price: $65,890 "
When I look at this car why do I keep feeling like I should duck?
yea, I hope they got the brain material cleaned out.
Wouldn't buy it unless the original wheels were on it.
Need orig dog dish hubs
yes wrong wheels
Love those wheels
60k omg
Horrendous wheels, why such bad taste? Hope the originals come with the car
I agree. It's got to be kept original.
It's only let down by the wheels..Nice Car !
Chingon
Yeah, the rims suck.
I guess all yall fucks rather have cragers on this or og hub caps that fly off under hard cornering? Daytons, tru spoke have been around for ages only thing I'd change is the drum breaks
