Odd the first nailing machine used bulk nails which it collated and the second machine used collated coil nails loaded into modified nail guns gang mounted on a frame.
Very good engineering, some people skite about single arm robot pallet makers, recent Robot engineer put me on notice when I said there was a much better way... a dedicated machine, for pallets, this machine blows single arm robot totally out of the water, easier to fix.. very well done, I have built automatic machines and always enjoy someone else’s smarts.
26 seconds per pallet. 2.3 pallets per minute, ~140 per hour. running full time thats about 3300 pallets a day. they look pretty nice, maybe 10 bucks a piece. 33,000 dollars of pallets a day. id guess labor for operating is 15 bucks an hour * 5 people * 24 hours ~ 2000 bucks. i have no idea what materials cost though. basically 30,000 - materials - a million other things would be the daily profit

Serious money can be made with automation, I personally know of, one of my past projects, 11k a week profit after expenses, 1person.
