We should be landing at 1215pm in Milan and the connecting flight leaves at 2:40pm. Do you think we have enough time? What would the process be if I bought tickets separately? Flying Emirates (NY to MXP) and Easyjet (MXP to CTA)

Yes you have to go through immigration and customs since you have two separate tickets and then you have to go upstairs and recheck yourself with easy jet. I think you may have enough time if you are US or Canadian citizen and then you can use the electronic passport control system. I hope that helps you understand the process. I will arrive in milan soon , how long did it take you to reach the exit. I am about to book a train online and I need to estimate the time. Thankyou in advance sir .
@@dc-rv4ou it totally depends on how busy is the immigration process is and how quickly you get your luggage. I think in an ideal scenario it can take minimum of 30 minutes to 40 minutes to get to the arrival lounge from the time you arrive at the arrival gate. It can also take up to 1:30 and this is because of the immigration process. I hope this information helps you understand the process little bit better.
