* WORLDS SHORTEST A380 FLIGHT FROM DUBAI TO DOHA A DISTANCE OF 379 KMS *
Watch the full review to experience the full flight journey starting with Dubai International Airport Terminal 3, including a small train journey in the transit train connecting terminal 3 with gates A, B and C.
Continuing with Boarding process, Flight Pushback, Taxiing and take-off of the mighty Airbus A380, before takeoff some parallel action with qatar airways boeing 77-300 on the parallel runway.
Immediately after takeoff, flying over dubai and then a right turn which takes us over the dubai world and palm jumeirah and then onto Arabian gulf.
10 minutes into the flight, and after achieving cruising altitude of 20,000 feet, comes the Emirates airline breakfast snack, because the flight is so short for over just 40 mins of flying time, there is little of any time to serve a proper breakfast or meal hence only snacks are served on this flight on any airlines. A short glimpse of the huge A380 toilet, and toiletries follows.
By the time you can finish off the snack, the captain announces preparation for landing, and then we start to descend. During descend the skies of Qatar are covered with dense fog and there is no sight of land even moments before landing, the pilots of Emirates A380 do a great job to land this huge aircraft with one of the smoothest landings i have ever experienced in such conditions with minimum visibility making it one of the most scary landings i have experienced due to lack of visibility.
Taxiing the mammoth Emirates A380 to gates and finally arriving at Hamad International Airport, on time it was indeed my best experience of this new flight route between dubai and doha.

Oh my god! I saw your aircraft takeoff while at my gate! I was waiting at one of the B gates if I remember waiting for my 773ER to clear us to board. It was also on the 28th when I was heading back home to BHX, connecting flight at Dubai. I also saw the Qatar beside you. Hehe rotation was smooth.

Nice video... But I agree with you, the snack looks sad! I remember once on a LHR - DXB flight (B777) few years ago, they served very good midnight snacks - sandwich, crisps, juice/cold drink, apart from a good dinner just after take off from LHR and a decent continental breakfast before landing in Dubai.

I took an Emirates flight between Doha and Dubai last year and was impressed that they actually served food on the flight! In "Good Ole America" you can have a 3 hour flight with no food provided without purchase. :(
Emirates, Qatar Airways, Ettihad they are one of the best airlines and they do serve food even on shortest flights, whereas some other airlines who operate under budget banner do not serve food without purchase, even on flights 4 hour duration :P

I agree with you BOM ariport staff on arrivals are like vultures ready to rob! As a student I flew in from Birmingham via Dubai, so naturally had my Laptop and Indian and UK mobile phones and they were like you need to pay duty etc! I immediately showed him the receipt of a yr old laptop and old phones, and they were like ok ok you can go now. Goons!!

service is always good with emirates, one of the few airlines you can rely upon for consistent good service :)
