What an amazing lady I just wanted to give her a big hug my heart broke for her . Thank you for your testimony this part of history must never be allowed to be forgotten God bless xx
what happened with the ending of her interview?! the rest of her life, after camps, and how she met her husband and children and photos, where is it?!!! please let me know❤️
It may annoy you but the foundation is recording historical events and the spelling and dates need to be absolutely correct. These are not recorded just for the listener’s pleasure!
Commanders of Bergen-Belsen camp mentioned in this testimony: Adolf Haas until Dezember 1944. He disappeared at the end of the war (de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adolf_Haas_(KZ-Kommandant)). He was follewed by Josef Kramer who was sentenced to death after the war (de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Josef_Kramer).
As perguntas são tão ridículas," o que faziam? O que conversavam?" Como se estas pessoas estivessem em um pick-nick, não tentando salvar suas vidas. É incrível a louca sensibilidade festes entrevistadora.
The family were still staying in their original flat which happened to be in the part of Warsaw that became the ghetto. Their flat had a phone. What's wrong with that? Incidentally, or your information, this interview was recorded in 1997.

It sounds like the Jewish people didn't integrate into Poland very well, keeping mostly to themselves?
She is a living doll
How did Frejda have a phone when her sister called her, after she had escaped from the ghetto?
Probably used a phonebox.
She said they had a phone in their ghetto apartament.

Impossible to listen to this survivor, very hard to understand her english and she's not a good story teller.
I think se is exellent
Sorry she didn’t fulfill your idea of a perfect interview.
Some folks can't hear and understand accented English. They aren't used to hearing it.
