While cigs also include some nicotine and tar, which are harmful to our lungs, gaanja does not contain these substances, thus it should be entirely legal just like cigs. Gaanja is not a narcotic; it is a plant that is used to increase satisfaction and restore dopamine.
Legalization of cannabis is actually a good idea. Actually, with legalization better rules and regulations for distribution could be set preventing minors from sourcing the material from a registered distributor. While for adults who wish to consume cannabis there should be rules set that prevent them from purchasing cannabis in large quantities, an online log book (an app) that records their purchase history could do the job which could bar them from buying more if it is seen they are consuming more than the allowed quota. The app could also be used to determine if they are using the substance at an alarming rate which could lead them to dependency or addiction. There are smart ways to control the entire situation but for that a proper system needs to be developed first which comes only after it is legalized or properly regulated by the government and the authorities. Be smarter. This could change everything. There are smart minds in the nation, use them.

Many countries take Indian ayurvedic principles as example for legalizing the weed (when some countries started accepting for legalization by taking Indian ayurvedic usage of weed for health benefits why can't We India legalise it) By the way youngsters of the nation are being jailed for unlawful arrests Which leads to damage there future So help to legalize it Thank you for showing the truth and support
Firstly it should only be legalized for research purposes so that we can have a better understanding of the pros and cons and after extensive evaluations , further steps should be considered. If it is found to be consumable then should be Legalized, only for adults with the consumption strictly happening only in the presence of medical aid. Looking from Gov's perspective, Black market already exists , legalizing might increase the consumption but it will decrease the scope of black market and then regulating a a legalised drug would be far more easily possible than trying to stop the black market. And this willn also help india in its exports.
there's already so much research being held about the substance and many countries have came to the conclusion that it is a safe drug to be used recreationally.
Hi Thanks for this amazing information I would like to say that Yes, weed should be legalized in India in a way that Govt can regularise it towards the benefit of multidimensional benefits of our soviety
weed tends to come with fewer risks than alcohol, but there are a lot of factors to consider. Plus, they’re unique substances that produce different effects, which makes side-by-side comparisons difficult.
Although it’s not a drug and it is categorised in one among herbs which having nectar like properties.Since past many years it was used for its recreational use but due to some super powers glory of this nectar have been engraved ..It’s legalisation for medicine purpose should be done across pan India ,as a researcher I can say it would be a revolutionary change for our country as it’s our herb ,which was identified by our Acharya .Jai Hind
In Ayurveda there is property mention by our Acharya How to use of this in Various disease. Also a normal dosage and fetal dosage ,but it does not causes single death like Alcohol consumption in reports. It should be legalised and regulated by government like Alcohol and also Age restriction is important to avoid the addiction of it. Jai Hind 🙏🙏🙏
It was legal in India for thousands of years until cigarette companies campaigned and bribed government to ban it. This is Shiv ji’s prashad must be legalised .
12:57 Portugal didn't legalise drugs, they de-criminalised it. Which is different. Drugs are still illegal there. Everyone involved in the drug business is still considered a criminal. Only the end consumers are treated non-criminals so that the government can take a different approach towards them and treat their addiction. It's basically to rehabilitate them instead of punishing them. Same as our government has de-criminalised suicide, so that the survivors can be treated instead of putting them in a legal battle.
Amazing brother , great video and shows the right side of the plant . It is important to spread the right awareness that cannabis can be used for recreational, medical and industrial purposes. Now hemp is legal in India and one can take medical cannabis without getting high in the form of tincture oil with proper doctor consultation. ❤
Weed makes you calm, alcohol makes you violent. You would NEVER hear a news that "a person beats his wife after getting stoned". So according to me ban alcohol and legalize weed. 😅
As an ex weed smoker I'm still facing the side effect of smoking weed which are memory loss , losing my ability to remember faces , high anxiety, non social behavior, and it effected worst on my lungs. It is better if govt. Doesn't legalise it but let the doctors decide who needs it and who doesn't.
@@sabertooth207not necessarily. Its effect varies from person to person. Some get a bit addicted to it but then if you quit it then the side effects like lungs congestion or dark lips, it goes away. The side effects can be lethargy, over eating, cough and it may also have some effect on memory in some people but it is less likely. I insist you not use it or smoke it very moderately
@@sabertooth207 it depends on what you are smoking. Shillong, shilavati are some weed names which are less harmful as I think almost everything has chemicals sold by local peddler
people who smoke cannabis for fun should know that its a complicated drug which should not be abused for enjoyment. It is a dissociative drug which was strictly used only for attaining a higher spiritual state or salvation as used by rishi, munis as it helps them to stay distracted from materialistic world of moh-maya. Hence if consumed without such a purpose, most people over the time find themselves cut-off from reality and may confuse them of their life goals. As far as medical and industrial aspect is considered it is worth legalising.
As a consumer of cannabis,,,,it make the person very very normal ,,,,only one smile on face ,,,nothing to gain nothing to loose,,,it will improve in happiness index
Desperately waiting for it. Fed up with chemical mixed weed. Edited- Is mehngayi me kam se kam maal to sasta aur achha expect kar hi sakte hain na bro.
It should be legalised but with very strict laws, with proper quality checks, with proper supply, with limited distribution to the end user(public) i.e monthly a person can only buy 5 gms of it. And only 22 year older people can only buy and consume it, if a person lesser then this age will be punsihed and sent to jail for 2 years and shopkeeper who sale to him will be sent to jail for 5 years with large amount of penalty.
Once I was an addicted of weed for last 3 years, it was very difficult for me to get out of it. In my opinion regular consumption of weed is not good for mental health as well as it reduce water level of your body. Yes it has many benefits if it consumed in a responsible way but it is very difficult because of its highly addictive nature. Once you started it will become an addiction and you will stuck into an endless loop. So No guys. zindgi ka Nasha sabse khoobsurat Hota Hai, and I can say this because I have observed it like no one else can ever do...
Please also think about Australia now growing more sandalwood than India, even growing sandalwood can be a very good business for locals and it will also boost our economy.
I was a hard weed smoker for 7 yrs but i quit it without going to rehab. So it's not addictive as people assume but am having hard time quitting cigarette. For me India should legalize weed with certain restrictions. It would be good for the economy of the country.
I m strongly in favor of legalizing it... It is the best drug in the world. If consume as medical property.. I m using it since 2011..it helps in many stages of life.. City mein rehaney waaley k liye best hai... 👍👌
All we need is Awareness over such sensitive topics which is clearly affecting the youth the most , the various socio - economic factors needed to be exposed, the difference between Us and European countries is the govt or the people themselves are self-taught over such matters and India despite having a stable politics still involved in illegal businesses as Akash sir mentioned, hence the answers are easy , it's the implementation which needs to be served as soon as possible. Also if Politicians beliefs were ethical 80% of the problems were already solved (joke!)

bhai i have seen many weed smokers who survive more most of them are regular user from more than 60 years but their mind is fucking weird they have lost their control they doesnt care about their family and they have no purpose of life from 40 to 50 years just smoking and doing other things that divert their mind .

Many countries take Indian ayurvedic principles as example for legalizing the weed (when some countries started accepting for legalization by taking Indian ayurvedic usage of weed for health benefits why can't We India legalise it)
By the way youngsters of the nation are being jailed for unlawful arrests
Which leads to damage there future
So help to legalize it
Thank you for showing the truth and support
You r very correct brother
Hi
Thanks for this amazing information I would like to say that Yes, weed should be legalized in India in a way that Govt can regularise it towards the benefit of multidimensional benefits of our soviety
weed tends to come with fewer risks than alcohol, but there are a lot of factors to consider.

Is should be legalise for recreation use🎉🎉🎉

It was legal in India for thousands of years until cigarette companies campaigned and bribed government to ban it. This is Shiv ji’s prashad must be legalised .
Nope more over alcohol industry lobbying to ban.
It's not shiv ji prasad.....when shiv ji took the poison goddess Parvati offered him bhaang ( cannibis ) to reduce the intensity of poison.....
Wait.. Suicide can be a crime?😮
@@valodejavu It was. And survivors used to get into legal trouble.

Legalization of weed will surely take over alcohol number
Amazing brother , great video and shows the right side of the plant . It is important to spread the right awareness that cannabis can be used for recreational, medical and industrial purposes. Now hemp is legal in India and one can take medical cannabis without getting high in the form of tincture oil with proper doctor consultation. ❤
Good research and clear explanation ❤️🍁

Legalize most "drugs" but criminalize overconsumption and bulk possession. That is the best strategy.
Should be legalised rather than loosing revenue and increasing black marketing. There should be licenced selling outlets.

Will that happen? I have recently started a small quantity but daily helps me think and focus, counters my anxiety? Will it affect adversely?
@@sabertooth207 it really does bro please stop doing this one of my family member does this and it is ruining our whole family 😞

Not only India ,the whole world should legalize it ❤
Hope jldi legal ho jaya ❤
Yes it should be legal❤️
I am using from 7 years will continue till last day of my life
Without a question yes
I haven’t seen all but almost half video nice research !
In Assam price of canibus is 5700 kg
I use it for deep meditation in correct way but not for addiction.
Btw, is weed really not that harmful? I mean comparing to ciggerette. Just by curiosity.😅
Way less harmful.. only harmful effect is dealing with time management
there are certain substances in cannabis that work against cancer. So its not just safer but also healthier.
Make it legal ✌🏽
I was a hard weed smoker for 7 yrs but i quit it without going to rehab. So it's not addictive as people assume but am having hard time quitting cigarette. For me India should legalize weed with certain restrictions. It would be good for the economy of the country.

I hope that weed should legalized in india very soon.
